Good grief!! This hotel is obviously under construction and signs are posted in certain areas, but was there reason for the ice machines on two floors to be broken and both pool to be closed?!? I specifically chose this property as an end of school celebration for my 9 yo and was this posted anywhere when I booked it? No! My daughter was so disappointed that neither pool was open. Additionally, front desk staff did not answer the phone when we called, loud parties of teenagers up and down the halls, thin walls, and the bathroom tub had visible cracks and a chunk missing from it. No information from front desk at check in regarding check out time and that breakfast we thought we were getting was only available for an extra surcharge. I’m giving it two stars for acceptable cleanliness and pretty comfortable beds as well as decently priced. Would not recommend for amenities though!
