房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，環境優美，從房間就能看到大海，每天早晨醒來睜開眼睛看日出和大海的感覺太美了！服務態度好，性價比很高，品質優。每次去東戴河必住的公寓。

老闆娘很熱情 樓層也好 窗外就是大海 傍晚坐在露台看着大海喝着啤酒 舒服的不要不要的 房間設施齊全 還配有洗衣機和電磁爐 買點海鮮自己就可以在房間操作了 簡直太方便了 很不錯的一次入住體驗

小區配套設施齊全，隨處可見的景色也美，逢週末還有演出和電影就在山海同灣7號樓下面，去海邊也很方便，一邊欣賞美景就溜達過去了，小區有早餐在21號樓附近，晚餐樓下也有賣但是菜品有限，想買海鮮去孟家農貿市場大約兩公里，還有老王頭餃子真的是好吃又實惠。房東姐姐人非常好，有求必應，公寓描述跟網上圖片一致，冰箱，電磁爐也都有，住了四晚孩子沒玩夠又續住了一晚，對於衹執着於玩水和沙子的小寶來説，這是首選。火車站到公寓打車20，多了不給，黑車多，出租不打表，但是有幸遇見開哈弗的劉師傅，人也實在。攻略這麼多，希望能幫到各位！還是開車來，方便又自在！

房間很乾凈整潔，可以住4個人，也可以簡單蒸點海鮮做飯，社區內有籃球場和室外游泳池，環境不錯，出門走5分鐘就到海邊沙灘，有機會還會再來。

房間較大，特別乾淨，坐在床上就能看到大海，洗衣機、冰箱都有，陽台上晾曬衣服很方便，樓下就是湖，樓的位置特別好，價格實惠。
