I booked The Premier Essential Twin Room for a two nite stay on 27th-29th May. I believed that my room was not prepared when I checked in. The bathroom lacked of essential amenities like tooth brushes and shower cap except hand soap in broken pieces. Furthermore, there was only 1 pair of disposable slipper and I was in dismay when housekeeping said to me they had run out of stock for slipper. I asked to speak to the manager, Mr Ng on the following day. He was apologetic but very responsive. He noted my concern in his diary, and promptly addressed to it. The amenities were replenished, including the slipper and I received additional bottles of mineral water. Thank you, Mr Ng, for your efficient work.

The location is great and linked to shopping mall with lots of restaurants. Food is delicious and with reasonable price. The room is spacious except the bottled water was opened one. The room service staff should always check thoroughly.

9th.March.24.Maybe this is my last trip to stay at Empire Hotel. it was like im stayed at the 1star hotel. The pillow seem like never change for many years. TV channel also like they use the 90's arial. This was my very bad experience stay at this hotel. 😩

There is No Air - condioning in the Hotel Lobbies (save Cost ????) Stuffy, hot and Could hardly breath. Buffet Breakfast = Not much food varieties. Some sections not open /or permanently closed. But hotel Room is OK =

Overall, the place was generally clean, and the service was decent too. Only downside was that the room's phone wasn't working, so I had to go to the reception in-person. The best thing about the hotel is it's location, situated right above a shopping mall. Very convenient, with Jaya Grocer and Family Mart right below us. Loads of coffee and breakfast options too! Will definitely return in future!

The service level should be improved so that the customer shall felt welcomed. The best thing I get a bigger room but lacking with room slippers. The toiletries perhaps could be offered to the customers too
