This is a fairly simple hotel, yet the decor was quite appealing. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel is situated on a quiet road within walking distance of a few restaurants and views over both of the beaches in Suances. There is good parking, a patio and a small swimming pool. We chose to eat at the hotel and we were so pleased we did. First off, it was tremendous value at 20€ each for a 3 course meal, bread, full bottle of wine and a large bottle of water. The food was also very nice and portions were very generous. For starters I had a huge plate of 3 different pate’s, all of which were very tasty. My husband thoroughly enjoyed his huge plate of local charcuterie, and his “surf and turf” type main course. Breakfast was good, although no hot food available. I adored the view from our room overlooking a field of cows and young calves. It was all very peaceful.

We have been four days and we have been great. We were three adults and took two rooms. One overlooked the pool and the other the back garden and both were great. The best treatment of all the staff, all charming. Very good breakfasts and spectacular dinners. How the weather has been very good we have been able to enjoy the terrace and the pool. Thank you very much for making our stay so pleasant.

The worst hotel in which any other hotel has been, even a better inn. They had us without being able to park the car when the parking lot was full, waiting 45 minutes until we could park from 12 to a quarter to one with a child and a lady older we asked to speak with the hotel management and they told us that on Monday this happened on a Saturday on Monday they tell me that they can't give me a phone to talk to after threatening with the police and nothing the director hangs up the phone on my complaints, We have never seen ourselves so humiliated with shame.

El hotel es muy antiguo y mal cuidado , el personal excepto la persona de recepción deja mucho que desear , a las 08:00 de la mañana las personas de limpieza no respetan el descanso del cliente ( moviendo camas , golpes , hablan a voces , una auténtica vergüenza y falta de educación absoluta). El desayuno es muy pésimo y con falta de atención por parte del personal es como si hubiéramos retrocedido en el tiempo, ni si quiera en la época de nuestros abuelos nos encontrábamos algo así . Nuestra habitación no la limpiaron , dejamos el cartel para que pasaran a hacer la limpieza y nos la encontramos como la habíamos dejado por la mañana , es una vergüenza en esta época encontrar un hotel de éstas características en una zona de España con un nombre como es Suances , es vergonzoso y además nada barato para los servicios que ofrece. Nada recomendable, es más, no deberían dejar dar este tipo de servicio en un sitio tan bonito y turístico como es Suances .

La piscina está genial, está al lado de la costa y a 5 minutos del centro del pueblo donde hay de todo. Hay varios sitios al lado para comer/ cenar con unas vistas espectaculares. Y la playa con chiringuito está a menos de 10 minutos a pie, así q la ubicación es perfecta sin tener que coger el coche que eso es un plus. El desayuno buffet muy completo. En la habitación hacía bastante calor, no hay aire y tampoco nevera. Pero en general está muy bien.

Nuestra experiencia en el hotel fue genial. Aunque como puntos negativos podemos decir que la piscina no estaba abierta,a pesar de que en la web ponía que si que lo estaba para esas fechas y el baño olía a desagües!
