We arrived late and Dimitri(at reception) was kind enough to help us with parking. We quickly grabbed our luggage and then Mellisa guided us through the checkin. We got 2 separate beds in the room and we went back with a request to upgrade it with a queen bed - and voila they did it. Overall our stay was relaxing and the service was good. Will recommend to other travelers.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel because it is walking distance to the Porsche Museum. The breakfast was very good and there were lots of choices. We checked out early on the morning of departure. The wonderful hotel manager, Mr. Dittus, opened the restaurant early and set out food for us so we wouldn’t leave hungry. That is exceptional hospitality!

The reception was closed everywhere on Sunday, although it was closed. The rooms were very clean, the rooms were very well arranged, the washroom was clean. We stayed four people. The room was very enough. The parking is also a big advantage. Also as a price is very good. I won't say anything about breakfast because we didn't prefer to make breakfast at the hotel. Recommended.

Excellent service at the front desk and breakfast , other services I didn't use - hotel is very well located. Rooms are functional and very stylish - wonderful view and cosy. I found a very personal note in my room from the room manager. I met the hotel director Mr. Welti. He lives an excellent hospitality - congratulations!

We really enjoy our stay at Hotel Azenberg. The location was perfect for us as we could walk to the city center (15-20mn walk). And the staff was great, always there when needed. They even went the extra miles and called a museum where we forgot some of our belongings and made sure we could collect them back although it was a bank holiday.

The service is ok and the breakfast is rich. But the guest room has to get off the elevator, go through a long passage, and then get on the elevator, which is very troublesome with luggage. In addition, the guest room is long and narrow, so there is a lot of walking from the front desk to the room. Okay, here comes the point. I don’t know what other guests are like, but I was indeed assigned the cemetery view room mentioned in the review. When I opened the curtains, I was frightened.
