Aligeo is a very nice, clean and peaceful place. The people in the front desk are very welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed our holiday and i will definitely stay there again when i go to sterkspruit.

1. The rooms we were provided with were not anything near what is shown on their website; the price charged (R1,450) can never justify what was offered. 2. The bedside lamps provided were without long enough electrical cords to attach to the wall plugs (hidden behind the middle of the headboard). 3. Awoken at 04:00 AM by banging and screeching of furniture from the floor above. Staff from the establishment also talking very loudly inside and outside whilst going on with their morning duties. 4. Breakfast served cold. Good thing we did not order dinner upon arrival. I could go on, but will stop there.

Very good service, tasty food thats well prepared and present, friendly and helpfull staff and clean rooms. We are from a company in Pretoria and often send our employees to EC, we only use Aligeo guest hiuse for them.

I was not satisfied with the service. The room had no running water and we were provided water with 5litre bottles to bath with, flush with and to drink. I got the impression that I was booked in a penthouse with two separate rooms as per the website and when we got there it was one room with one bed to share and we still paid full price of R1150.00 excluding breakfast.

It is generally a nice place to be and the accommodation is great. the problem I’d experienced was that of a security guard having a problem with us drinking booze. if only it was stipulated that we are not allowed to take booze I would understand. And the worse part was that he was shouting out his lungs out.
