    Walking distance from stansted airport. Got hair dryer , body wash , shampoo and conditioner. Good stay.

    Excellent service until the harassment off the Dutch girl the night shift. I booked a room and put my mother in the room to rest up. And I was on standby as I am a technical engineer on the phone so I decided to stay up in the lobby and be available for work. The lady from Holland on the night shift kept on trying make me feel I should go to my room. I explained I had work and as I am a resident of the hotel I will stay in the lobby as I can not answer calls with my mother resting. I later asked her for a plug for my usb charger for my phone she said no and that you should go to your room once again. The sad thing is that a bad attitude can really bring down the rest of the good staff and moral of customers. Big shame on her for her customer service skills
