Definitely the High Light of our Trip. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful after we left something in one of our rooms after checking out. Highly recommend staying here and we'll be back again.

recommendations, the information man is not friendly, we called him by phone, I think we have to prepare him to treat people, when we arrived neither, we arrived at the room and the beds were poorly made, it gave us the impression that they were used, there were four of us and there were only towels For two, we called information and they told us that they had to find out what that was like, the next day there was a torn sheet and they did not change it.

Overall the bed, bathroom was clean. Rug needs to go. Telephone was dirty. No USB outlet. Hotel is a bit run down for $221 a night. Breakfast item not available. Had to wait for butter and more eggs. Indoor pool was not available.

Felt unsafe .poor lighting around property in a not so desirable location.Hotel is generally dirty , including rooms and public areas. There was not even hand soap for the sink area . AC did not even function right.
In a nutshell , stay away from this property . Not like other holiday inn express properties which are generally satisfactory in cleanliness and parking area

For a room for 6 persons there will be only 4 towels. The sofa was uncomfortable to sleep.

This place is very outdated. And the room smells so bad. I drove 4 hrs with my family with 2 toddlers my room wasnt ready on time. Took another 45 minutes past the check in time to get the room ready. And the room smells horrible. However the staff was very friendly and understandable of the conditions. Breakfast was really great. TV service went down on the last day of my stay. I will not stay in this place again.

I don’t usually do reviews but this place is the epitome of mediocre. No rags in the rooms, shower amenities such as body wash were not restocked in the room. Half the channels on the 22inch tv don’t work do to directtv lose of contract. So as long as you’re just looking to sleep.. not watch TV or take a showers. Seems like this would be a perfect Holiday Inn experience.
