La Haule Manor

This is not my normal hotel in Jersey. But this time, we had a very different trip, for very different personal reasons. And I am so glad we came. The location is an excellent location to explore, with easy access to the airport (Taxi, or number 9 or 15 bus), and some great things to see easily reachable (La Corbiere, St Helier, Elizabeth Castle, The Jersey War Tunnels). Plus we've reached lots of little bays I've not been to in years, Greve De Lecq, Bonne Nuit, and the La Mare estate. from here, you can get about, which was the reason for our choice. It also has great views over the St Aubin's bay, which we've enjoyed over the last week. The staff, lead by Rafal have been great, and I must compliment the breakfast team and the Chef on a great a varied breakfast. Too often, it is just a variation on a full English / Irish / Jersey breakfast, but we've enjoyed omelettes, Brioche French toast, crepes, or the classic on top of a good selection from a cold buffet. I have to single out the Brioche French toast as one of the prettiest plates of food I've eaten, albeit a very calorific one. Goodness it was good. I'm reserving that for my last day here! The room has been very good and comfortable, although on reflection, I wish I had chosen a different room. Not that there was anything wrong with it, far from it. Its just that my knee is not so great at stairs, so if mobility is an issue, definitely contact the team here first and discuss your needs. I have no doubt whatsoever that they will be only too happy to help. It has been a very happy holiday here. Will we come again? Well, that is easy. We are already discussing our next trip here, so yes, though we are considering self catering, which might have suited us better. Was charged £95pp for the meal you see down below. No yorkshire pudding (not the end of the world) but no sprouts!! I thought Christmas dinner was turkey and ALL the trimmings. I’m sorry but for £95 I expected so much more. The hotel acknowledged there fault the day after I complained and offered an overnight stay with breakfast but I didn’t want that I wanted my money back but was told that’s not an option because I didn’t raise my concerns on the day!?!? So complain and not have anywhere to eat on Christmas Day……. Grrrreat. I would recommend absolutely nobody attends for any future Christmas dinner until they have got there ship in order!

What a beautiful hotel the food and entertainment was amazing the rooms were out of this world and our hosts and staff were like family by the time we left thank you la haule we will rave about you when we get back to France

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and were pleasantly surprised. The hotel is about 8 mins drive from the airport and across the road from the beach…. Perfect location. The rooms are large , bright and airy. Our suite was the size of a small apartment. Pool area is lovely with cocktails on the ready. The new owners seem to me refurbing the whole hotel and what they have done already is lovely. Huge double sinked bathroom with White Company toiletries. A great base to explore the island. We loved our stay and will definitely be going back to La Haule Manor.

We have had the most fantastic few days at the La Haule Manor. The bedroom was modern and spacious, the food was delicious, the bar as you walked into the hotel was cosy and intimate. The live music is an absolute must on a Friday and Saturday night.. such a great vibe! The staff provided an impeccable service and were really friendly. A huge shout out to Dennis and Sarah for our whole experience here, we cannot wait to come back one day!

The hotel is lovely, however when we got there we were told that quite a few of the facilities weren't available, for example the restaurant and bar!! Quite a big thing don't you think? We should have definitely been informed of this prior to our stay but only found out at check-in. The hotel did upgrade us to a lovely room but I feel as though this was only done because of the above. This was a big inconvenience for us meaning we had to eat out every evening elsewhere and we couldn't just pop into the bar for a drink after returning from a long day exploring the island. This was a definite disappointment and really affected our time in Jersey. Such a shame.

What an amazing hotel, perfectly situated and lovely views. Nothing was too much trouble for all of the staff, so kind from start to finish. We stayed in a suite and it was top notch, extremely clean and comfortable. Breakfast had lots of options and was 5 star. We really didn't want to leave and will certainly be returning. Airport is less than 10 minutes away, St Heliers a good walk with stunning views. Jersey really is an amazing place to visit away from the hustle and bustle of London. Thank you to all the lovely staff :)

Very rude staff and over charge me 260£ for 2 night but I checked my bank statement they charge me 390£ be careful they are thieves hotel 000000star I will make complain I called them many times but they not answer

Wonderful hotel. Perfectly located at St Brelade, right by the sea. The staff are super friendly and go the extra mile to make everything perfect. Food is really good…even the simple fish finger sandwich on the menu is a thing to behold. The pool area and terrace is lovely and a great place to spend time watching the ocean. Rooms are lovely and nicely finished. Really lovely place to stay and nice to go somewhere where they manage to get everything right.
