We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, in fact we reached the hotel at 8:30am and they allowed us for early check in without any extra charges. The staff is very courteous and helpful. The breakfast spread is also good not that lavish but still good. And the add-on perk is, that they give facilities like gym, steam, suna on the house with no added charges.

This is an amazing property for family, Solo or groups… I cannot find anything which could spoil the stay here. - decently sized cozy rooms with electric blanket (especially required in winters) and functional washrooms - good food quality and preparation (although I only had breakfast here) - courteous staff and claen property - Dal Lake at walking distance - Chinar Garden at walking distance - Multiple famous eateries/restaurants are near by Few points which can be improved: - limited options in buffet breakfast - Hot water in bathrooms are available only for 3hrs in morning and 3hrs in evening While on vacation, you don’t want to stuck with time and not everyone will want to take bath by 10am in morning

Our stay was excellent. The location of hotel is best. Very close to city center but very peaceful. Rooms are well maintained. Cleanliness is good. Food menu was very large spread. You can enjoy varieties from local to other parts of India. Special mention for the best service - Majid, Aquib, Irfan, Afreen,Sajad Bhat and Neera. Thanks to all of them for taking our care.

Everything is wonderful about this hotel. Food quality is superb! I think they have the best chef ! Staff are very polite, helpful and amazing. Mr wasim and imtiyaz f&b manager, mr nasir was the best among restaurant staff ***** with mr mushtaq and mr shahid. Staff at reception are also awesome. Only drawback was the size of rooms which were unexpectedly smaller for which I have deducted one star. Rest everything was great. We had a great and memorable stay at royal heritage🙂. Recommended for everyone going with friends and family. 🤗🤗

We stayed here in a private room for 4 nights and this was probably the best decision in the entire trip. The rooms were super comfortable and clean and the staffs were super helpful. We needed a printout of a document for our trek and the zostel printer was not working. Shabbir bhai sent someone to get it printed from a nearby shop and refused to take the charges from us. The amazing hospitality we received from this zostel was truly the highlight of our trip. Being an unmarried couple it was a tricky for us to find a couple-friendly accommodation in Srinagar during our travel days, but we were glad that zostel came to our rescue. The best part was we easily found travel buddies and shared cabs to Gulmarg and ********. This not only helped us to meet likeminded people but also helped us to share the cab costs for the day-trips. I always had the belief that Kashmir was more of a honeymoon or family destination but it is not. Lots of bachelor crowds do visit Kashmir and Zostel is the ideal place to meet them. Stories were shared and new places were added to the bucketlist during our interaction with other travellers. If you are travelling solo, or in a group, or are just a couple like us, I highly recommend you to try out Zostel.

Me and my wife stayed here on 8th december 2023. Rooms: amenities: sapcious rooms, gyser, a/c temperature control, clean room, clean washroom. Food: nice. Overall the hotel stay and service was very good. The location of the hotel is a bit outside from the main city- lal chowk/ dal lake but it's not that far if you have a taxi auto booked. Also the city ebus stops at the doorstep at the hotel, which is convivent to roam around within city.

The hospitality and the courtesy defined the finest tradition of Kashmir and it's people. ***zoor, the caretaker made sure that we were comfortable and served a very tasty and sumptuous dinner. As we had to leave early, the following morning, he woke up early so that we could have breakfast. The houseboat was comfortable but it does need renovation and a fresh coat of paint. These material aspects aside, it was a memorable stay at Nigeen Lake with clean waters and quiet environment to appreciate the majestic beauty of nature.

Great property very near to the airport. Rooms are very good and you get very good vibes being in the place. Buffet spread was good and the food was very tasty. Overall we had a very good time in the property. The tourist attractions are 20 to 30 minutes drive from the place.
