Hotels with Wi-Fi in Springfield Township

Spent the night before hitting the outlets and was pleasantly surprised by the property. I wish I could remember the name of the woman who checked us in (430ish on 2/4), but she was super welcoming and friendly. Room was clean and breakfast was your typical hotel fare. Good value for the money and would definitely stay again.

Good location, convenient parking, the hotel as a whole feels clean and hygienic, the rooms are not small, although it is on the side of the road, sleeping at night is quiet and not noisy, the waiters are also very nice, the overall conditions are reasonable, the breakfast is not good, nothing to eat, before I think that BW hardware facilities should be higher than super8, days inn and other grades, but the bathroom facilities are really a bit low, the toilet is large enough, but the bathroom is not well done, no bathtub is allowed, the shower head is very small and bad

You get what you pay for. The hotel is nice, but could use a good sprucing up. The rooms are large and have refrigerators. Staff is friendly. The indoor pool is clean - we had it to ourselves on a Friday afternoon. Breakfast area is okay - coffee isn't great - it is in a machine. It is convenient to restaurants, the outlet mall and the highway.

I will start off that the hotel itself was very clean and the room itself was also very clean, but the cell service within Grove city was pretty terrible and the Wi-Fi didn’t work at first. My digital key ended up not working, which added to the mess of getting in late and not being able to get to my room. Are use Hilton often because of their digital key, so I was a little bit bummed that it wasn’t working. I have definitely slept on more comfortable beds and unfortunately, my toilet didn’t work properly. You had to flush it for five times for anything to happen even if it was just water in the toilet bowl. I was exhausted and didn’t wanna drive any farther into Ohio, so I’m not saying that this is your worst choice, but I don’t know if I would stay here again. Also not a ton of restaurants, very small town/city.

We had a wonderful time very clean. Great breakfast in the morning the front desk was lots of help. 10 out of 10 would recommend it to anyone to stay. Pool was awesome!

The room was clean, well furnished with up-to-date appliances & good quality cooking equipment, dishes & flatware. In spite of being in a busy shopping area, it was quiet & nicely landscaped. No food is supplied, but with a normal-sized refrigerator/freezer, a microwave & a 2 burner cooktop there is no need for ”free” breakfast of packaged muffins like we encountered later in our trip with another suite hotel (where we also had to REQUEST cookware & dishes). We'll stay here again.

I recently stayed here during a Black Friday shopping trip with my husband. Overall, we've had positive experiences at the hotel in the past, but this time, I felt compelled to share a specific incident. During our stay, I noticed a stained hand towel in the bathroom, which was a minor concern. However, my main issue arose during the checkout process regarding a pet fee. While aware of the hotel's pet-friendly policy, I was not aware of the $75 pet fee which was MY oversight since this was the first time brining our pup with us to shop. Therefore, I was surprised to see the charge on my receipt after returning home. My 5-pound Yorkie did accompany us, and we ensured she remained in a discrete dog carrier during our stay. What puzzled me was how the hotel identified the presence of a pet without any inquiry during check-in or interaction throughout our stay. At no point did I have her with me while checking in, moving about the hotel or during checkout. My husband always had her separately from me. Upon calling to inquire, I spoke with Becca, the desk clerk. My concern was met with a response that felt condescending when I asked how the hotel knew to charge the pet fee without confirmation. Becca's reply, ”ummm…we have cameras,” came across as dismissive, condescending and left me feeling uncomfortable as if the hotel were watching guests on cameras and then cross checking their accounts to ensure proper charges are applied? My issue isn't with the pet fee itself but with the lack of communication during checkout and the manner in which my inquiry was handled. A more professional and informative response would have been appreciated. I do value my experiences at this hotel and hope that this feedback contributes to a continued positive relationship between guests and staff.
