Good location, beautiful views and small rooms. Service was good overall, but uncle was weaker when checking out. I couldn't find the bill I signed for consumption. The hotel documents issued were all in local language and I couldn't understand. In addition to the room rate, there are also city taxes, insurance fees (I do n’t know what insurance is covered), and registration fees (I do n’t know what to note). It was said that the packaged breakfast was not available. I later complained and replied that I did not take it. The restaurant and room service are very good, and the front desk service is also very good during the day, that is, when checking out early in the morning, the uncle's ability to communicate is too weak. Lowered the service level of the hotel.

We booked this Hotel for 6 nights in total. The room was ok but there were a lot of things that, unfortunatly didn't worked and were not been taken care of, even after we went daily to the reception. When we first came to our room, the main light wasn't working, but the ladies from the reception helped us to get it work (it had to be switched on in the power box).The girls at the reception were very nice and helpful. The only window in the room was open and we could not close it because it was broken. There was no other room free, so we had to sleep with the open window (not that warm in october and my husband already had caught a cold). The day after, the handyman came because of the window. In the evening the window was closed but the handle was gone too. For the next 5 days, we weren't able to open the only window in the room and to get fresh air. The girls at the reception told us they would speak to the manager but nothing changed and we didnt't get anything in compensation. The sink in the bathroom also didn't worked, and the water did not drain. This problem was fortunatly solved after one day. Beside that, the room was not beeing cleaned at all, even if daily cleaning is mentionned in the description of the hotel. We got towels and toilet paper but there was no cleaning at all! So the room gets dirty after a few nights an the fact that we stayed 6 nights ... So now, that there was no compensation at all, i would nit recommand this hotel.

The hostel itself was so clean, comfortable and moderately large and nice. The desk was good as much as the school accommodation was renovated and the building and the interior of the hostel were really clean. Good hostel view The bed is a single bed, so it's not good for couples. Everything else is good, but the location is a bit bad. I took Uber to downtown, but it's about 45 kuna. Still, it was okay because it wasn't far away

Vedran is an excellent ambassador for the hotel, extremely helpful and very welcoming.The receptionists are helpful and so friendly.To be honest all the staff are lovely. We were 1/2,board and there was a great selection at breakfast. We ate in on several evenings and the food was very good.The indoor pool was great if you wanted a break from the sun. We used Ubers to go the old town/ferry port/the mall, even Trogir as it kept us out of the heatwave. The area is mostly hotels , a large chemist and aTommy supermarket couple of minutes away. The beach is literally 5 minutes across the road and car park.Great for snorkelling just remember beach shoes as pebbles, the water is so clear!!!!. Some beach cafes for snacks or an evening drink.Hotel is a great vase to explore from, wonderful holiday .

The hostel itself was so clean, comfortable and moderately large and nice.
