This is a new hotel, about a year old in a great location. You have many restaurants, a pharmacy and a grocery store so close by. Roka our driver, a medical student on summer break was great. The staff were all nice. I would not say its a true five star hotel in that the towels are small, paper napkins at breakfast and a coffee machine at breakfast to get your own, never seen this before, but the staff will help you. But probably the best new hotel in the middle of the town. We had a junior suite, this is very small, with a small lounge which is next to pizza bar and on Saturday night a loud bass music noise. Also you can hear people walking on the room above. I would take a sea view room on the top floor or larger size sea view room with a terrace next time. I do not think this a hotel for children. The spa was average.

Good location, beautiful views and small rooms. Service was good overall, but uncle was weaker when checking out. I couldn't find the bill I signed for consumption. The hotel documents issued were all in local language and I couldn't understand. In addition to the room rate, there are also city taxes, insurance fees (I do n’t know what insurance is covered), and registration fees (I do n’t know what to note). It was said that the packaged breakfast was not available. I later complained and replied that I did not take it. The restaurant and room service are very good, and the front desk service is also very good during the day, that is, when checking out early in the morning, the uncle's ability to communicate is too weak. Pretty and quaint hotel in an excellent location. Everything had exceeded our expectations! Staff had been nothing but accommodating, personable, helpful and very honest. My boyfriend and I would definitely return! I had thought that I lost my Swiss watch in Split however 2 months down the line, Sleep Split contacted me immediately informing me that the watch had fallen between the cracks in the safe, and was found while the safe was being serviced. I can't thank them enough!

Amazing location.... once you can find it! The building is not signposted on their gate, so there is no identification as to where you enter the hotel. We roamed around the hotel 'location' for around half an hour before randomly trying a gate and it leading to the building. Honestly, it's a nightmare. But once you know where to go it's fine. The hotel itself is not really a hotel, more like an Airbnb. There is no reception staff and no housekeeping. Our towels weren't changed and weren't fresh from the get go - we asked for extra pillows (they only left one in the room) and tea bags and were told these would be brought by the cleaner the next day... they were not. We weren't told how to get into and out of the rooms so were locked out one day, luckily we had the Whatsapp number of the owner so were able to get him to unlock the door, but the lack of care and attention was shocking. The rooms are modern and clean but quite noisy. For a short stay it's fine, but there are loads of places around here to stay, for the price I'd go elsewhere...

Location is AMAZING! Walking distance to all the fun and action! Loved the opportunity to open the windows and have fresh air and look over the park/courtyard! THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND! We had a challenge with bedding and they fixed it IMMEDIATELY! MOST IMPORTANT, We had to leave at 4 am to catch our flight and absentmindedly left a fairly large sum of US dollars in the safe. I literally expected to write it off. However after 24 hours of flying I made the call to the hotel and they did everything to get me the cash back to me in a timely manner. I even told them to keep an amount for going out of their way to get it to me. Thank you Frane and all involved! They did not take it! Highly recommend staying here!
