This hotel really needs to get refurbish，room is not clean and smell not so good. Air condition is very loud and the bathroom door cannot be closed.

Lots of improvements in this property! We stopped coming here a fewbyears back because it was run down. Its had a facelift! Could still use some updating...furniture is old...but its very clean and the staff is great! Price is right! Our only disappointment is that the hot tub is never working properly. This time, the jets were working but the water was cooler than the pool. If they can get this resolved, we would be very happy. Perhaps over time they can update some furniture and we could give 5 stars. We wil be back

Concerned for safety. Door opened wee hours in the morning. Security sliding lock prevented gaining entry.
Very poor housekeeping service. Stayed 7 nights never cleaned room or change towels.
Very slippery tub. Had to ask for a tub mat.
No ice bucket. Had to go to the front desk to get a small cup of ice.

Room cleanliness was ok, enjoyed sitting in front of rooms in our lawn chairs, had good space to parked area. Lots of people sitting out. Pool area had throw up under table and wasn't clean looking at all. Wouldn't of got in pool or hot tub. Staff friendly, loved the singing waffle making guy at breakfast!

The manger Fred is amazing! Great customer services friendly and caring! Louis at Breakfast is the best part of Ramada. He is carrying loving and rememberable! Great work Sir! I love seeing them every year!!

Very affordable for the room we received. Very friendly staff. Wish had flyers in room with hotel amenities listed. Housekeeping never checked on us once to see if we needed something. Need bigger garbage can in room.
