Good location near Heavenly Village. Seems busy and front desk could be more resourceful and accommodating upon check in.

I can say it is hidden gem in South Lake Tahoe. Cheap price and comfortable room and staff. DVD rental service is also good. I will definitely be back here.

The location was so convenient, walkable into town, shuttle to mountain 5 min walk. The hot tub was tiny but amazing. Breakfast was very good for continental: donuts, hard boiled eggs, fruit.. Room was clean, comfortable, bathroom nice and mini kitchen super useful. The whole stay was super comfortable and enjoyable

Loved the loaner snow toys and having the two tvs and divider curtains, one tv wasn’t upgraded, doggy yard was great

This hotel was absolutely perfect for our stay. Very clean, cutsie, cozy, comfortable, perfect location and provided a great ambiance. It’s an older property but it’s kept up. We absolutely loved the year round heated pool and hot tub. There’s nothing like sitting in the 30 degree weather, in a steamy hot tub with the beautiful snow top Tahoe mountains as your view. We’ll definitely be staying here again!

Friendly, helpful, and available staff. Beautiful studio, well stocked and comfortable. Hot tub and sauna, and fun things to do.

I had a family of 4. The hotel mentioned one bed and one sofa bed. When we were going to bed and opened the sofa bed, it was totally deflated and the bed springs started hurting our backs and ribs. When we tried the hotel staff, there was no one, since it was Christmas eve. They left at 8PM. The staff didn't inform us anything about the bed and how to fix it when we were checking in. We had a really terrible night in the hotel because of that.

Great location to Heavenly and nearby shopping. Decent price. Facility a bit old. Staff friendly.
