This hotel has two restaurants which is really helpful since it’s about a kilometer from the beach and other restaurants. The food is really good. The room needed some TLC, the curtain had large stains on it. If you choose not to clean your room you will also need to ask for necessities like water, coffee etc.

Very good Hotel near the ro***tic Palolem beach with a nice pool area and a very friendly Bar ***ager named Hi***shu. We enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere in this hotel after our stay in Jaipur and Mumbai. The rooms are clean, nice and comfortable.

No words to explain how great the stay was 🤘🏼 All staff is very helpful speacially HAROON who helped us with the food in KAYENA it’s restaurant besides pool it’s good music and great food I have enjoyed my stay at de garland and will re visit as when I am in Palolem

We booked 3 rooms for 9 persons, including 2 children. The rooms are small but adequate. Staff were friendly and very helpful. It was evident that there's a good team that was headed by an able leader. The swimming pool was well maintained. The complimentary breakfast was reasonably good. In fact, i misplaced one of my valuables on the lobby sofa, but they kept it safe without knowing whose item that was, and i could collect it from the reception two days later. Will definitely return and stay there again.

Waiter service at Kayena poolside bar and restuarant...wonderful . The attention from Haroon is the best 😊😊 room cleaning from Amir andTowsef...second to none 😊A lovely place to stay..so glad we chose to stay here.

Such a good hotel! From the start of our stay to the end the staff went out of their way to make you comfortable and looked after you. The room was super spacious and clean. The food in the restaurant was very tasty on all levels from breakfast to dinner. The pool is lovely and once the work is done on the pool restaurant and bar it will be superb. Due to be completed by the end on January. The ***ager and staff exceptional. We will definitely stay again.

The staff behaviour is not good special some hods thanku Not caring the staff we worked with 45 days in de garland some are good but locality is not good ..we are from uttarakhand we get ***y problems within 45 days

Really bad experience.. Bad rooms Bad bathrooms Highly priced Bad experience of the property Not worth it. Took 1 hour for the staff to make room ready . In extra bed they were not ready to take out polythene // Hats off

Unfortunately our experience has been pathetic with the worst view possible and the hotel ***agement only looks out for ways to extract money. Room is smaller than a Oyo room in Mumbai. Will never recommend
