Mantra South Bank Brisbane

We stayed in the Mantra South Bank, Brisbane, for 5 nights. The Mantra is well located, only a short walk from the river and South Bank attractions. Our studio room was spacious, clean and well-appointed. The hotel has a small pool and gym with a good selection of fitness machines. The Mantra's staff on the front desk and in the restaurant/bar were excellent - friendly, professional, and helpful. Overall we were made to feel very welcome, which we really appreciated.
Emporium Hotel South Bank

The facilities of this hotel are relatively new, which makes people feel at ease. The key point is that they also provide this kind of travel size, and the quality of this type of travel size is quite high. Now there are not many hotels with such sincerity. The hotel provides bottled water which is also a plus. The water temperature of the infinity pool is not bad, and I didn't expect it to be quite beautiful when I took a photo at night. Parking here is a bit troublesome, and you may have to choose valet parking. It seems to be 50 dollars a night. We parked next to us and were charged 72 dollars. My heart is bleeding. Breakfast is à la carte, which may not be liked by Chinese stomachs, so it’s no problem to feel the Australian brunch culture. By the way, the extra bed is a blanket, so be careful with allergies. Finally, I would like to complain, the front desk here is very unreliable. I didn’t find out our order, so I just said that the platform was cancelled, but I found out later. After more than an hour of tossing, I only offered half price for breakfast, not even a room. Give an upgrade, and go home to find that the breakfast has been charged at full price, which makes people angry. It is recommended to check out and let the bill be released before leaving to avoid arbitrary charges!
Rydges South Bank Brisbane an EVT hotel

Everyone scored a perfect score, and I am embarrassed not to score a perfect score (*¯︶¯*) The room view at check-in was not very satisfactory, and the hotel took the initiative to contact the next day and asked to switch to the view direction. Others are very good, and the catering on the first floor is also very good. The coffee is mellow and the pizza is roasted by a fireplace. It's so delicious... I just don't understand one thing~ why the pool is so pitiful...
Novotel Brisbane South Bank

Travelling to BNE every 15 days and I used to stay in the CDB, even when attending some conferences in BCEC. Due to a last minute booking, I ended-up at the Novotel few months ago, and this place is officially my new HOME when in town. Clean and tidy very modern quiet rooms, 100m walk from exhibitions halls (thanks to a shortcut at the back), with a 24/7 accessible parking (you can get in and out easily), this place is super convenient. You are just next door to all what Southbank has to offer and a short walk distance (or scooter ride) to the CDB (pedestrian bridge over the river) Staff are young and efficient, smiling all day. ACCOR Motto btw. Last but no least, you stay far from the noisy students/backpackers nightlife + trains / highway of downtown. After all, even if you are in Bris-Vegas, you came here for a rest!
