Very clean new and modern. The hotel was very quiet which was nice. Unfortunately they could not offer food in the evening and had to rely on take away food. Thankfully the hotel staff were helpful in advising where to order food from. Also very helpful on my check out day as i couldnt work at the office I was given late check out which was great.

We were in Dusseldorf for work 10 days, and stayed at this hotel. The hotel is in a very quiet residential area of the city. Not small . A small reception is located next to the breakfast area. The rooms are spacious. Furniture and decoration corresponds to a 3 star hotel. There is only soap in the bathroom. There are no slippers. Cleaned not bad. Very good breakfast for a hotel of this level. They do not understand very well in English. Nevertheless, they were satisfied with the hotel. There are smoke rooms. The city center is about 15 minutes by car. We were in Dusseldorf for 10 days and stayed at this hotel. The hotel is in a very quiet residential area of the city. Not small. They are cleaned not bad. Very good breakfast for a hotel of this level. They don't understand English very well. However, they stayed satisfied with the hotel. There are smoke rooms. About 15 minutes by car to the city center.

Excellent location close to buses and trains. Excellent breakfast. Cleaning service below average. Due to sustainable cleaning policy rooms are cleaned upon request (not every two days as they say) it means that you run out of shower gel (we had to ask at the reception), towel (had to phone reception) and toilet paper! When they clean it is not accurate (one bed was made and the other not). There is no phone in the rooms and airdryer is a toy (stops every minute) We asked for a real air dryer and they didn’t have it (how come?? What do they do if your hairdryer breaks down? Leave you with wet hair?) but carefully explained how the hairdryer works (what?)

Stayed 3 nights for business. Less than 5 minutes walk from the main train station. Beautifully presented hotel, rooms were a good size and very clean. Received a pass which could be used throughout my stay on public transport in the city which was useful. Breakfast was good but was difficult to find things so had to ask where things were several times. Also not clear what was available as a hot breakfast. Eggs, omelette were available. A menu could be helpful. Staff were friendly and happy to help. There is a small bar in the lobby and serves small plates of food in the evening. My only comment is it would be great to have a coffee machine or kettle in room.

I was charged more than the agreed price and the hotel refuses to respond to my complaint. I was in the neigborhood and called them after seeing their prices on their site. Based on their offer I went to the hotel, the check-in took a long time because of computer problems. They charged my credit card, I asked for the bill to check it but they said I would get it at check-out. When I complained the next morning they would follow up later. They now deny it and claim I got a better room, but the price of my room on their site is still much lower than paid.

Close to the high speed, it is not convenient to eat in the surrounding restaurants. But there are two supermarkets on the side. Breakfast is average. No air conditioning, sleep at night to open the window. Hotel outdoor parking is free, and parking is available for a fee.

I was put up at the Niu Tab for a night by my company as a company event took place nearby. So were a number of my colleagues. I quite enjoyed my short stay. Most of my colleagues liked the hotel as well. The rooms weren’t very spacious, but were clean, stylishly decorated, and equipped with TV, A/C, a safe and a hairdryer. No minibar or coffee/tea making facilities, though, which we would have liked upon our arrival as we had gotten stuck in traffic for hours and were quite thirsty. Breakfast was buffet style and was very good. Lots of choices, fresh, well-prepared food. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. One point of criticism: when we arrived at shortly after 4 p.m., only about half of our key cards had been programmed. I was one of the lucky ones who got their cards right away, but some of my colleagues had to wait for over half an hour. I call that lack of organisation, particularly since we arrived much later than planned.
