We came for skiing in Hokkaido. It’s better hire a car. A bit far away from skii resorts. The hotel service is the best we had so far. Love the Kaiseki cuisine.

疫情後第一次出國遊還是選擇了日本。這個時間點去北海道，一來雪沒有完全化，泡個温泉很是愜意；二來北海道的櫻花季沒那麼早，所以前來旅遊的遊客也沒那麼多。
選擇這家酒店全因鶴雅大品牌，值得信賴。雖然鶴雅在洞爺湖並沒有擁有周邊其他酒店那樣的一線湖景的地理位置，但勝在小眾清靜。預訂的東館温泉和洋式房，盡享温泉自由。酒店大湯池的開放時間是下午15點至次日11點。按照日本人習慣的一日兩泡，這個時間段安排足矣。大湯池還結合了芬蘭浴式桑拿，我們因為房間自帶私湯，這次就沒有去大湯池。問了服務員東館和西館有什麼區別，原來東館要比西館更新一點，且西館的温泉房數量很少。房間裏的洗浴用品一應俱全，還有男士專用啫喱和乳液。
酒店有一泊二食的選擇，入住兩晚，我們選擇一晚法式套餐、另一晚日式套餐，早餐是主菜加半自助相結合，主菜也是有法式和日式二選一的，早餐還有六款鮮榨果蔬汁，有針對高血壓、糖尿病，還有健康減脂的，這點酒店做的很用心。兩天我把六款都嚐了，味道都還不錯。
下次來洞爺湖還會選擇鶴雅！

非常非常推薦的一家酒店 服務和硬件都完美 帶孩子一起住了幾天 酒店提供一泊二食 早晚餐都精緻豐富 對小朋友十分友好的酒店 有專門的小童用品及餐具等等 設計感滿滿 離洞爺湖很近 每天醒來都能見到美麗的洞爺湖

洞爺湖交通很不方便，酒店的接駁車也是定點發車
比較適合自駕，不然打車價格真的離譜
風景還不錯，但是沒必要特地來
酒店的各項配置都很好，送了2餐挺好吃，但其實都包含在房費中了，因為去了那裡如果你不在酒店吃飯，旁邊什麼都沒有……

酒店很美，很有設計感。細節做到極致。服務超級好，房間乾淨整潔，非常舒適。而且有巴士和接駁車輛，不包車公共交通出行也可以。法餐和懷石料理味道都很不錯。值得推薦，下次還會選擇這家酒店。但是想要全湖景的朋友就不要選了，因為房間離湖還是有一小段距離，是遠景。冬天的雪景超帶感。
