Highlights: # the pool is nice and long, you can get in a good lap or two. # the elevators and corridors are heavenly scented. # not sure how old the hotel is, but it is well maintained and of superior cleanliness. # the in-house coffee shop is a brilliant addition to the hotel. Improvements: # better internet connection 🙃 # more variety and better, constant recipes for the menu. Certain items were good one day and not so good the next day.

The house is very good and meets the five-star standard, but the road in the mountains is very difficult to walk The airport took about 200 taxis, more than two hours away (if there is not too much traffic) Ctrip's service is very poor, it is very extremely not recommended to book foreign hotels on Ctrip! ! ! All the contact information given cannot reach the hotel, saying that it is the correct contact information given by a third party... When I went to the store to ask all the contact information were wrong, except for the hotel address If you want to see the volcano, it is not recommended to book this place in the rainy season, there is a high probability that you will not see it. Those who don't like bugs don't recommend this place. This place is on the mountain. There are many ants near the food at the breakfast buffet. But the scenery is very good, and the hotel service is also very good. It's a pity that I didn't catch up with the afternoon tea when I checked in in the early morning.

The hotel room is quite spacious. The condition of the hotel is very clean. Room service arrives quickly when needed. No liquid soap provided. The room is not very soundproof so the sound of people walking and talking outside the room can be heard very clearly. But overall it was very pleasant staying here

The room was nice clean,and cozy and the food was great. The breakfast variety were boost my mood. What a wonderfull time to stay with a warmest and helpfull team. Mr Agus has shown the proffessionalism and great us in every single guests momment during our stay. A nice guy you have to meet. Really reccommended Hotel to stay whilst you are in Jogjakarta Bravo....keep it up

I arrive at the hotel on Saturday at 2 A.M. The check in process was smooth and hassle free. The great thing during this check in process is when i asked about breakfast, the check in agent who handled me (i forgot the name, sorry), not only mentioned about the breakfast price and inform that the breakfast will be only delivered to the room, but also recommend to look around the hotel for the breakfast. When i enter the room. It was as expected. Spotlessly clean. The room itself is instagrammable and there were many spot in the hotel if you care about creating content on social media. The bathroom are also spotlessly clean. The check out process was smooth and didn’t experience any issues / problem. Overall, i recommend this hotel and looking forward for future stay in this hotel.

I like to stay here most from 2019 I played to Jogja until I came back this year. I stayed here again. It's just that the location is quite in the alleys, for me it's good from the hotels I stayed in and this price is also cheap, The only drawback is that the swimming pool is not noticed, the rest is great, thank you 🙏🏻

So happy to back to this lovely city. Zest Hotel is always being my top priority when visit this special city. The location is very strategic, nearby city, Malioboro, Lempuyangan station etc. Zest Hotel will be your perfect accommodation choice during stay in this city. I was greet by Chacha, Rindi, and Aditya that assist during check in time. They were awesome, understand and know how to make the customer feels like home. Putra also give very quick service when i asking to deliver something to my room. The restaurant was good as always, Eka greet me with warm smile. Well, this is not my first stay at this hotel. And definitely so happy to stay again. The room was good, clean, and tidy. The Room Attendant have great hospitality. On this occasion was so special, since i went with my wife. The service was beyond my imagination, since they give us a memorable surprise in the room. Well we are not asking any special arrangement during reservation, but they did it. So touchfull ;-) Thank you Zest for always being my second home in Jogja and make our vacation more and more than happy ^_^

Stayed here with my family. Had an amazing experience started from the time of booking, the reservation team was very attentive and helpful. Prior to my arrival they did a courtesy to make sure everything is well prepared when I arrive at the hotel. Location is very easy to find and not far from city center although it doesn’t feel like you are in a city at all. Once you enter the resort you feel like in a very calming vibes and a sanctuary place. I arrived and greeted by Ekky and Ervita. Ervita escorted me to the room and showed all the feature in details and even let us enjoy in room afternoon tea during sunset which was incredible nice. Ekky was very helpful while assisting our luggage and took us around for a hotel tour. During the stay, I have requested some items to be delivered and they were promptly provided in a timely manner. I ordered dinner from ghetto restaurant and they were served nicely in the room and the taste of the food was good. I would like to mention some names as their providing memorable service during my stay ad well. Thank you for Lana, Viyo, Zhani, Rachel, Victor and Humam for making our stay memorable. Although I would like to comment about the breakfast. Restaurant ambiance is very nice but unfortunately the overall food was below my expectations. The food options were adequate but the tastes and quality somewhat did not harmonize with the great resort and services. I’m assuming finding the right supplier is also a key for this. but, indeed i enjoyed the breakfast. One last thing is about the Guest Motorcycle parking. We rent motorbike and we had to park in the staff parking so it was a bit of confusion for us as a guest and employee seeing us strolling around in your back area. Overall, I would love to come back if I visit Jogja again in near future. What I enjoy the most is the great service from the staff and that’s all what matters after all. Great product and service! Great service especially from the manager, spacious parking lot, but sorry to say for cleanliness still needs to be improved. Bedsheet condition at check-in is not clean and the bathroom is very humid, no air circulation and exhaust fan, the towels also smelly, too bad for 4 stars class hotel

It is really a budget hotel. The room is spacious enough for 2 people and 1 large bag. Sufficient storage space. The bed and kiss are fine and pleasant. Airco is good. Wifi is also fast. Water temperature from the shower is good. The bathroom may be put up a little. Water cooker is available on request at the bar, also fohn. I thought it was a good hotel for a short stay.
