Beautiful five star spa hotel next to the sea surrounding by hills and olive trees. Very well managed grounds and fantastic service. Our family apartment was outstanding. We had an issue with our room and the customer service term upgraded us to a beautiful family apartment. Only criticism is I would have liked more entertainment. But we enjoyed the pools and cooking experience. Thanks

Everything in this hotel is excellent and deserving the 5 stars. The view from the hotel is fantastic and breathtaking, especially at sunset. It is clean everywhere. Personnel is very friendly and helpful. There are a lot of activities and you won’t be bored at all. Your children will be happy also. The team of animators is amazing!!! Very friendly and professional girls! My child fell in love with them. There is a great variety of activities every day and every day is a new adventure for your child! Another thing that made a very good impression on me was the food. I have rarely seen such a variety of high quality and delicious food, especially the desserts.

We arrived in early April, one day after the hotel had opened for the season, so it was reasonably quiet when we were here. Worth bearing that in mind when reading this review. The hotel is in Elia Beach, near Nikiti, and it took us about an hour to get here from Thessaloniki airport. We used Welcome Pickups, who we have found reliable and reasonably priced. Cost was about €100 each way. The area is quite rural and unspoilt with a rugged coastline and clear waters - really very pretty. Most of the beaches are at least part shingle but we were told that there were sandy beaches at Neo Marmaras which is about 15 mins drive away. We were lucky with the weather - about 23C each day, which we were told was unusually warm. The hotel itself consists of a large reception area, downstairs from which is a small bowling alley, a games area with air hockey, table football, a pool table and Tekken, and a fitness suite. The kids animation (which runs throughout most days) is also located here. Next to reception is the pool, a pool bar and seating area, and beside that are two small restaurants areas. Further through and you find all of the accommodation, a small shop selling inflatables, goggles, some clothes, crisps, chocolate, wine, beer, ice cream and souvenirs, and what we think was a taverna (it didn’t look very open so we didn’t try it). Then to the side of the hotel is the main restaurant. We loved this hotel for a number of reasons. Although our room was quite basic (we got a junior suite which had a double bed in one room, a double sofa bed in the living area, and a bathroom), it was comfortable, spacious enough, with TV, fridge, hot drink facilities and a good shower. There was good wifi throughout the resort. It was private and little noise from neighbours. The pool was heated, and whilst not huge was never too busy. Service from the pool bar (light food, snacks, and drinks) was excellent. The staff were warm and friendly but efficient. The food at the main restaurant was a little repetitive, but there was a wide range and the quality was great. Our only criticisms were minor - plates got taken away very quickly at meal times, we had a problem with the lock in our door, and the beach was too stony for our kids to enjoy fully. Because it was out of season the neighbouring towns were pretty quiet, but I expect they get busier as the season goes on. Excellent place for a relaxing stay at a good price.

Absolutely lovely hotel, I travelled there with my partner, 4 children, father and sister. The hotel was clean & the rooms were spacious, the staff were very friendly and accommodating, there was a good range of choice at the buffet. Perfect for a quiet family getaway. (We travelled in April) The beach was stunning, the view breathtaking and the sea was so clear that we could see all the fish. The only criticism would be that full board doesn’t include any beverages at meal times. A bottle of water would have been greatly appreciated and the cooking class was very informative and once again the staff were excellent but it was more of a demonstration as opposed to a hands on cooking experience.

Lovely hotel in a quiet location. Welcoming staff at reception and friendly helpful staff. We loved our 2 bedroom bungalow with great pool and personal sun loungers. The accommodation was clean, well equipped with a lovely bathroom, lounge and bedroom. Great outlook onto the pool with a relaxing patio. We had half board and buffet food for both meals. There was ample options and good service. There are optional restaurants but with extra price. The beach was down steep steps and would have been an issue with any physical disability. The beach was pebbly and glad we took our beach shoes. The sea was crystal clear and good for snorkelling. There was good service with the ordering app on the beach tables. We thoroughly enjoyed the time on the beach. The hotel was quite a distant from any towns and there was a cost for hotel transfers. We hired a car for a couple of days which was the best way to see the lovely peninsula and small towns. We would recommend this hotel.

My wife, teenage son and I visited this resort for her 50th birthday on a 5 night-stay and it pretty much met all my expectations! We had an amazing time made extra special by the supportive, hard-working and pleasant staff we engaged with on a day to day basis. The resort facilities met all our needs such as in-resort swim and bar services, beach access, gym and leisure activities (almost daily - Greek night being an especially fun event). The resort was kept immaculately clean and orderly. The layout itself resembles a Greek village with lots of little pathways, flowers in the gardens and lovely little hideout sitting areas with shade or the sound of water. a good mosquito repellent is recommended as we suffered from them a lot. Our see-view room had a spectacular view of the sea to wake up to or admire the sunset. The resort's private beach can be accessed by a safe tunnel and the water views from it were spectacular and shallow for those less confident swimmers and snorkelers. The food was out of the world and truly delicious, there was so many choices and all the traditional Greek food was so yummy. My wife especially loved the spinach and feta pastry and the Greek Tahana soup. I loved to try everything and it certainly has wet my appetite to visit Greece again (prior to this trip I'd not really experienced proper Greek food in London - so I went all out LOL) We felt the regular staff across all resort facilities did it the most justice always accompanied with their warm friendly smile, and being polite, accommodating and attentive. We got friendly with many of them. Our breakfast every morning was welcomed (among others) particularly by two very young assistants named Maria and Marianth that often answered some of our queries about the different food items on display, or just wanting to know how we were enjoying our stay, or sharing their thoughts about Greece, or just inquisitive about us in general (which was nice of them to take interest). One of the staff very kindly demonstrated how to make Greek coffee using their utensils which was quite fun. The team at dinner were all great and sadly despite not getting all their names, I particularly enjoyed receiving suggestions of good wines from Christina who I got to learn also sings and very well (as acclaimed by her boyfriend Harry who also works as the resort looking after people at the pool bar and beach. Harry was fun to chat to now and then and we got to learn at the Greek night event that he plays the guitar and apparently very well (as acclaimed by Christina). So, I look forward to visiting the resort again in future and hope to enjoy some entertainment by this wonderful duet. My wife pampered herself at the Spa where Lena gave her a superb advice, recommended natural products and great treatments (full body massage and facial). She is so lovely and genuine and took really good care of my wife. A huge thanks to her and staff at the Spa for making her 50th birthday treat that muc

This is a lovely hotel, the room seems recently renovated, the buffet is fantastic, the pool is heated, the whole place is great. HOWEVER. the walls are like paper, you can literally hear next door breathing and when he decides to make a phone call at 4am, we heard every word! So, great hotel, shame about the walls and don't go here unless you can sleep through whatever your neighbour gets up to!

We have just spent 10 nights at The Acrotel Athena Pallas On arrival we were upgraded Our Suite was really lovely with our own sun beds and use of an exclusive pool. The restaurant food was really good and a wonderful array to suit all tastes freshly Cooked fish and meats and wonderful selection of salads The staff in the restaurant were very efficient The hotel itself is beautiful with a lovely seating area in the main reception and the surrounding grounds are typically Greek and so well maintained. The beach is very narrow but Perfect for a chilled out day and the swimming was amazing Snorkeling is a must and you need beach shoes as its a stoney beach. Because of the time of year entertainment was limited Having said that it was very good and both nights the artists were brilliant and very professional. We will definitely return If you want a chilled peaceful holiday then this is the place to go
