As an AVID traveler this is my top 3 WORST experiences ever. Overcharged when we arrived for not the advertised price. Receptionist acted as though she already ran the room receipt( we never got the receipt ) and if we paid the advertised price she would have to pay the difference. ( Scammed) Offered us free dinner for the price difference.... The restaurant staff was absolutely ridiculous, ignoring us acting like we were bothering them just being there. Served us crappy overcooked food. Charged us for a coke and juice ( apparently that's not included in dinner lol) rooms were absolutely disgraceful small, smelly unclean, I'm pretty sure we were charged primetime prime room money and got a room for the staff. Tv had two remotes.. Neither worked lol.... No buttons on the tv to actually watch tv....pool water dirty. Bathrooms tiny with small dish soap bottles on the wall 😂😂 instead of soap and shampoo......did I mention this was a 4 star hotel ? This is literally a motel with a few extra amenities and and I've had much better customer service from motels before.... What's crazy is I'm Bosnian and I at least can understand some of it.... But even for me it's pathetic....

awfull experience, most of the promised services were not in function heating did not work sauna was off when we tried to use swimming pool we hat to wait for someone to unlock the door elevator did not work after complaints no response from hotel management food was ok we are from Bosnia and Herzegovina, but our review is selected as from Great Britain because there is no Bosnia and Herzegovina option in offeree countries
