We celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary at this hotel. We will surprise by their hospitality. Our room were filled with love decorations and daily they change the decoration in our room . Also we had a surprise wedding cake . Very delicious ice cream cake . All the staffs are very courteous & always put on smiling face .

Superb. 10*. I would definitely return. I enjoy Sentosa getaways — a holiday without getting on a plane. Sofitel, Rasa Sentosa are great. Oasia is also good. But Barracks really is tops. A tranquil and welcoming place. Even an overnight stay is rejuvenating :) The staff are amazing — Ms Emily and her Barracks colleagues, plus housekeeping staff are first class.

The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, even surprising us with a birthday treat, which added a personal and thoughtful touch to our celebration. One of the highlights of our stay was the private pool access. It felt like our own little oasis, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Sentosa. The hotel’s location is ideal, tucked away from the hustle and bustle but still within easy reach of the island’s attractions. Breakfast was a delight, with a wide variety of high-quality options. The dining area’s serene ambiance made it the perfect start to the day. We also enjoyed the complimentary afternoon tea, which was a lovely addition to our stay. It was the perfect setting for a romantic birthday celebration, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to experience the best that Sentosa has to offer.

It was an exceptional experience from the moment we entered the carpark where the vintage Rolls Royce was parked to the time we left our staycation. Spoke to Vivien over the phone informing that it was a surprise staycation for my mother’s birthday and indeed she did an amazing job in surprising us. The Maltby Suite, the balloons and other surprises were such lovely touch. Thank you Vivien and team. Upon checking in we were greeted by Adrian and he too went above and beyond his duties. Checking in was a breeze, anything that I asked of him including switching on the jacuzzi switch was always done with a smile. He took the initiative to deliver the breakfast menu personally to our suite so that my parents could conveniently choose their breakfast spread. Thank you Adrian for the impeccable service. Continue to give your best to other guests. The Maltby Suite provides a private and direct access to the pool since it is located right in the middle of the pool. The interior and space of the suite was perfect for our family. A quiet and classy hotel for those who loves to be away from the crowd. Children will love the direct access to the pool too. Since my parents were the only ones who stayed behind, they throughly enjoyed the personal attention given to them during breakfast by Jeffery and team. Thank you for the personalised attention given to my parents. All in all, it was such a memorable stay for us and especially my parents. I highly recommend The Barracks Hotel Sentosa to anyone who is seeking quiet, classy and personalised stay.

Probably one of the best hotels I have stayed so far. Service is better than what you would expect from a 5 star hotel, and the exclusiveness of the environment and design. It’s perfect for a couple short getaway, good for kid to enjoy the pool.

Staying at the Barracks Hotel has always been memorable and really awesome. The drinks were good and strong and the customer service was top notch. I had a fantastic stay at Barracks Hotel! The hospitality and service were outstanding, with the staff being exceptionally friendly and attentive. The complimentary canapés and drinks were delicious and added a wonderful touch to the experience. Overall, this hotel offers great value and I highly recommend it.

Second time here at The Barracks Hotel Sentosa for my birthday and I am impressed as always by the room, the bathtub and most importantly, the service that is always so personalised, thoughtful and attentive.
