Pro: Wonderful view, breathtaking sunset/sunrise panorama. Complete amenities available in the room, above expectation. Delicious cookies tho. Spacious room, satisfied with the pool size and height. Many fun activities to explore around the resort. Variety of breakfast choices. Con: Buggy service is limited from room to lobby only. Pls make use of the buggy and add it as variety of services to rounding the water villas. I have disabled adult with me, hence this buggy service would be much helpful for us to stroll around the water villas area.

Smooth Check-in. Staff who served me was fully knowledgeable and very helpful. Room service is superb, all my request was immediately attended. Buffet breakfast have wide range of variety. nice food and spacious sitting area. Special thank you to Si Thu and Jameson for their humble and polite service. Overall Staff are very friendly and approachable too. Highly recommended and will revisit.

A Wonderful Stay at Lexis Hibiscus 🌺 Our stay at Lexis Hibiscus was nothing short of amazing! it a truly unforgettable getaway. Highly recommend for anyone seeking relaxation and luxury!

My stay with Lexis Hibicus has been excellent. So relax and the service was amazing! Just wished that the karaoke area is opened much earlier so that we can use it while waiting for oir coach to arrive. Overall, will come back again sometime soon!

Bought this through Trip.com which for some reason, was much cheaper than another booking platform A. Really enjoyed ourselves at this hotel. Fantastic huge room at the tower with lovely bathtub, twin showers and twin vanity basins. Private swimming pool was enough for a dip only but exhilarating to view out onto the water chalets below and the sea. The steam room worked but can be too hot if you sit just above the steam outlet. Enough power points all over the room for your chargers, 4 drinking water bottles provided The downside unfortunately, was the noisy aircon. It was quite loud even though we set the fan to the lowest. The other reason was the next room had a big group who were jumping in and out of their pool and shouting very loudly, which isn't the hotel's fault. Breakfast area was big enough for the huge number of guests. There were many foreign tourists on tour groups but a big section of the outdoor area need not be opened up. We came early, chose a table outdoor next to the children swimming pool. The waiter team was super efficient, clearing up used plates, bringing fruits and tea when you require. Thank you Jerriel, Ardian, Tegar and Owto. The beach had a few other outdoor sport facilities and was very empty since it was a weekday. Sufficient car parking is on the ground level as well as the multi-storey carpark. There doesn't seem to be a direct connection to the hotel lobby and would require you to walk out on the driveway to the main entrance. Visit the 13th floor pub for a lovely night view. Kids playroom, spa, gym on 2nd floor close early. The Lighthouse sits out into the sea but seems to be under utilised unfortunately. The tower rooms seem to be a better deal. Many of the water chalets face each other, or the tower block, walkways etc so you won't get the privacy you want as we could look down into the chalet below. You can't be assured that you would get a chalet that faces the sea if you booked one unless you top-up for one with seaview. Apart from the hotel rates and minus points above, we would recommend to stay here, at least once to enjoy a 5-star hotel experience. And look forward the their second phase that has started reclamation works
