It’s overpriced hotel , the view is nice and the location is fine , but it’s not managed well since the second day didn’t clean well and they didn’t change the shampoo , it’s with 5 stars hotel’s price but it can’t be more than 3

北湖公園是小時候經常去的地方，現在變得很漂亮了，這次回來選了很久選了這裏，覺得應該適合遛娃。環境和服務都不錯，房間有設計感，在床上可以看到藍天白雲，感覺離雲朵很久。服務員很主動。早餐業還是不錯的，品種多，味道也還行。
唯一的問題是房間的衞生確實有待提高，有頭髮，床上還有一些其他小臟東西，有點影響心情，這個應該是保潔的問題，以及管理人員沒有定期檢查造成的，希望有所改進。

差評，床單、被子潮濕，一夜無法入睡！可能是官方酒店吧，前台服務員態度極差！早餐處前台冷起個臉，好像吃早餐沒給錢似的，不推薦！

南充北湖賓館位於市中心，毗鄰美麗的北湖公園，重新裝修過的北湖賓館與幾年前大有變化，房間乾淨整潔，毛巾和被單都很新，房間內還贈送多種飲料和小食品，窗外的風景非常美麗，前台的工作人員服務態度很好，友好禮貌，辦理入住的速度很快，特別是蘇經理待人熱情周到，主動介紹南充的羊肉粉等美食，此次入住感受温馨舒適。

看攜程上寫的2019年開業才去的，結果房間剛裝修不久，味道很大，實在沒辦法入住，衹能換酒店，入住不到1小時，損失了一天的房費，就當買個教訓
