Everything was just perfect. From the moment we arrived, Wijdan, the girl from the reception, was really nice and friendly. She even upgraded us the room, and it was amazing. We saw her again at check-out, and we were really happy we could tell her goodbye and talked to her a little bit. The pools are great, big enough to swim, the beach at the Dead Sea is clean and well maintained. They offer mud from the sea to apply on your body. Omar, another receptionist, helped us with everything we needed: a heater, slippers, and anti-mosquitos device. He was really great and helpful. The resort is amazing. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of variety to choose from. There's nothing bad to say about anything.

A problem occurred when the hotel arrived. The reservation was different from the trip.com . We booked meals for children. The hotel says there are no meals for children, but the hotel gave us meals without paying money because it says the reservation is how it came from the trip

Hotel location great , clean and brake fast rich with wide variety, good access to beach with great helpful staff , enjoyed body Mud mask , Miss Marah receptionist do her best to comfort and help guest ,Rare to find someone do as her , Thanks Marah .

The service in the hotel is very good, the staff are friendly. The beds are extremely comfortable. The breakfast and coffee are good, but still exceptional. Unfortunately the indoor pool was closed, which was not noted on the hotel website! The ”beach” is a disaster!!! There are sandbags lying around that you have to step over if you want to go into the sea. It is slippery and extremely dangerous. Other hotels, which also have a problem with falling water, do it much better! You can't call it a beach! The price is therefore completely excessive. I could not recommend the hotel with this beach in good conscience. The hotel is showing its age and needs renovation.

The accommodation is located not very far from the main road. But the route to the hotel if arriving late at night is quite scary The property is secured by a fence and gate. There is a 24-hour security inspection unit. The room is clean, but the air conditioner temperature control is broken. Can be adjusted only for cold air and turning off the air conditioner The door on the balcony of the room was not completely closed. Causing the wind to come into the room all night The price is very affordable compared to other hotels in the Dead Sea area.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per una sola notte, sono pienamente soddisfatta, la camera era ampia pulita superaccessoriata con tv, climatizzatore e kit completo per un te caldo, con un piccolo balcone che dava sulla piscina, a pochi passi a piedi c'e' l' accesso privato al mare dove ci sono lettini, ombrelloni, teli e fanghi messi a disposizione dell' hotel per i clienti ,si puo' inoltre usufruire delle varie piscine all' interno del complesso e' stata un ottima scelta per una breve pausa durante il mio viaggio in Giordania.
