Andaz Shimla

A very welcoming check in after a long journey. Very courteous staff. Excellent hospitality. Food was delicious. breakfast was huge spread with multiple options special shout-out to Mr. Pathania and his team for best service. Definitely will come again .Very relaxed atmosphere.

It was a very fantastic 😻 experience with andaz I enjoyed a lot here. Thanks sunil bro for suggesting us. I would definitely suggest to my friends and colleagues to visit here once they plan to celebrate any party or enjoy any holiday or vacation in Shimla.

Awesome valley view and located dot on National Highway 22 . Can see toy train running in the mountains from the room. Balcony view is great. They have open terrace also to spend leisure time with family members. They arranged bonfire on request and it was great in the night. Staff is humble and nice. We found it to be the best family holiday destination in Shimla.

Location - 8/10 Room maintenance : 3/10 Room finishes : 3/10 Hygiene : 4/10 Staff : untrained Food : Average Value for money : 2/10 We had to book it in emergency as our original booking with other resort got cancelled and we had not choice to go for whatever is available

Pathetic service...you will get served only when they have large number of guests. Otherwise they will say no for everything...for morning tea for food. Had a terrible experience and arrogant ***agement. Don't go with pictures...rooms and ambiance is total bakwas.

I have been visiting Andaz with friends and family for the past 5 years. The best spot if you want to enjoy the view (sunrises, sunsets, cloud spotting), delicious food and a 5 star experience. If you are feeling a little adventurous, you can plan a trek in the valley in front or catch a train to Shimla from Kaithlighat railway station. Visiting Andaz is a must!

The views from the hotel are breathtaking. The service and food is great. The rooms where tidy and clean . The ambience of the hotel was excellent. I had a wonderful time and would definitely visit again with friends and family. Highly recommended 👌 👍
