The hotel is right on the slopes. Unfortunately there is only one buffet restaurant. The onsen area is not that nice

Resort is just next to the ski slope. Had our first ski at the resort. Not easy at all. Hahaha. Onsen here is very small and packed with humans. Dinner buffet was ok nothing spectacular. Could be better. Room is small. No place to place bags. Room is hot and need to open the window to let the cool air in.

Public bath was too crowded. There were no spaces for us. So, I didn’t use it, But the hotel asked us to pay Onsen tax. I think it should be included in the price when I booked.

Good ski in/ski out hotel. Corner rooms very comfortable. Good food. Good value overall. Location is a bit isolated; need an ATM to get cash.

I stayed here on a sightseeing trip, but what made an impression on me was the smell of the room and the fact that the carpet and sofa were covered in stains. I had high expectations because it's a Prince Hotel, but as it seems to cater mainly to skiers, I was worried the rooms would get dirty, which is something I wouldn't expect at a hotel in the city.

I stayed here with my mother and sister. First of all, even though we booked for three people, there were only two sets of towels and amenities in the room. There were only two beds, so I hurriedly checked and found out that the sofa could be used as a bed... However, there was no futon or anything prepared for the sofa bed. I went to the front desk and they prepared a bed for me, but what was laid on the sofa bed was not a mattress, but a thin, flimsy blanket. When I lay down, I got stuck in the groove of the sofa. Business hotels around here are better. This is the first time I've stayed in a hotel like this. It was my first trip to Tohoku, but it left me with a bad memory.

Stayed here for 2 nights with my family. We had previously stayed at the Towada Prince Hotel, which is part of the same chain, and although it was small, the overall impression was good, so we felt safe staying at this hotel. As soon as we arrived, we were told that the large public bath was contaminated with Legionella bacteria, so we decided to shower in the unit bath in our room for both nights. However, the shower curtain in the extremely small unit bath smelled moldy as expected, and we felt sad while taking a shower. As compensation, we were given a free drink voucher to use at dinner, but the price of draft beer was set at 950 yen, which was a resort price, so it was a bit of a letdown. The rooms are better than those at business hotels in the city, and the food depends on the item, but there are no tomatoes in the salad, and the frozen food and bread are not very tasty, so I don't think it's worth the price. There are also many group guests, and if you run into a guest with bad manners, it's a disaster. We had dinner and breakfast twice, but the menu never changed, so I thought it was not suitable for consecutive stays. Since it is a ski resort hotel, the lobby is not luxurious (it's designed so that snow can be brought in), and honestly, I don't think there is any need for anyone other than skiers to choose this hotel. In any case, this experience made me realize that the Prince brand had fallen to the ground.

There is someone at the front desk who speaks Chinese! The natural hot spring water quality is good! The room is big! But the location is remote! Self-driving is OK! Great value for money!

Unfortunately, the dining room was cluttered, and there was no consideration given to seating, as the distance between people was close to each other, and a family of six, including children, had to sit apart. There were also shelves for hanging dishes nearby, giving it the image of a school cafeteria. The food was especially delicious, the roast beef for dinner and the yogurt for breakfast. It is a pity that the attitude of the female staff at the front desk could not be called kind. The guys at the ski rental corner were all friendly and taught me a lot. The ladies on the lift and gondola were also nice. The ski slopes were amazing with powder snow, and the stars were beautiful!

The rooms on the Mt. Iwate side offer a sense of openness. The hot spring was a moor spring, and it was a rare one with an oily smell. Dinner and breakfast were buffet only. I couldn't make a reservation and had to line up at the entrance, but it wasn't too bad. There are playground equipment such as balls on the slopes of the grassland, so you can enjoy it. There was also a starry sky observation tour using the ropeway at night.

It was a tour stay, but it seems that there are many customers who visit for skiing and golf. This time, a high school student on a school trip was staying. The food and staff were very nice. Why is the hot spring only an open-air bath? However, there was a washing place, so I didn't have any problems personally. It's just a little cold The starry sky was wonderful because it was at the foot of the mountain.

The nearby scenery is pleasant, there are golf courses and maple viewing cable cars; the soup house is also very comfortable.

Stayed on the second day of the Tohoku four major festival tour. Since we had moved after visiting the Kanto Festival in Akita City, we arrived around midnight. Thank you for preparing dinner at the restaurant. Breakfast buffet is normal level. The hot water in the bath is a colorless and transparent chloride spring, and I didn't feel any special characteristics.
