This hotel has its own hot spring facilities, and the hot spring water is very hot. Although it is next to the road, its room faces the sea and is very quiet. There are two large supermarkets and agricultural product cooperatives nearby. (The price is very affordable)If I have the opportunity, I will stay in these hotels again. But there are some small links in the middle that are not particularly well done. Pay special attention when picking up the keys. Because there is no one in the lobby, the handling method and the time to solve the problem are somewhat delayed. Hope it improves.

I did not receive the check-in email. When I contacted them over the phone, they responded politely. The bathroom and changing room are dirty. There are many hot springs nearby so I didn't have any problems. There's a lot of hair falling in the room. There is dust on and around the TV. There are containers for hand soap in the bathrooms in the room and in the shared toilets, but they are empty. I like the mysterious decorations in the common areas, but they might be scary for small children. The hair dryer is broken and cannot be used. The toilet is too smelly. The toilet on the first floor is fairly clean. There are slippers scattered all over the place, and you choose the ones you think you can use from among them and put them on. There are stains on the mattress, mattress pad, and cushion. Wi-Fi cannot be used. Great value for money, but I won't use it again.

It was an unmanned hotel and there was no manager.There was a group having a party in the middle of the night, so I had no choice but to warn them. It's risky if it's unmanned. be careful.

It's the worst! I had to wait 1 hour and 20 minutes to check in. To reduce costs, check-in is automatic, but even though I paid in advance with a credit card, emailed my name and address, and prepared a QR code to complete the check-in procedure, an error occurred and no proper response was given. I waited for 1 hour and 20 minutes. After calling the receptionist and being told that they would call me back, I was finally able to check in after waiting for 1 hour and 20 minutes. 4泊させていただきました 値段の割には部屋は広く、清潔でした！ トイレは共同でしたが、これといった不便はなかったです チェックイン時は少々手こずりましたが、管理会社に連絡を入れたら丁寧に対応していただきました 白浜町にはよく出張で来ていて、いろんな所に泊まりましたが、安い、綺麗、便利で次からはここ一択です笑 ありがとうございました

基本的にスタッフは無人ですが、 値段を考えると綺麗ですし無人でも大満足です。 バス停近くにあるし不便には思いませんでした😊 温泉は熱いので、水道出せば温度調整出来ますが、シャワーが使いにくくなります。 仕様がわかれば全く問題ありません
