江景房環境還是可以的。洗澡熱水不是很熱。早上出門叫阿姨打掃衞生，下午3點才來。剛好帶娃回去睡覺。讓下午來，也沒有再來。沒辦法給娃洗澡，水不是很熱。離景點很近。距離石泉古街30分鐘車程。後柳水鄉坐船步行就能到。

第一，服務態度冷漠，工作人員欠缺酒店行業的專業服務意識。第二，這麼冷的天，中央空調真心不行，有跟沒有一樣！大堂也寒風嗖嗖。第三，很簡單的早餐也需要10元/人付費。第四，前台説碼頭坐遊船對住店客人優惠，原價50，衹需要付款40/人，我沒購買。我們自己走過去碼頭，經過溝通，工作人員按照100元/4人讓我們坐了遊船，呵呵😒。所以想坐船，還是自己去還價的好🙄遊船風景不錯，全景透視窗，淡季沒人，跟獨家包船一樣，美極了！
