Location is kind of bad, you have to take train to Matsumoto station or to Shiojiri. There isn't much around the hotel. But if you are okay with the location, the rest of the hotel is fine.

Hotel is clean and and has washing machine/dryer fot travellers to use! In house onsen for hotel stayers to use. Only downside is that the hotel is not very near to train stations!

I am pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The room was not too small and bathroom and toilet were separate. At reception I was greeted with a welcome drink and in the first floor there are microwaves and washing machines. Around the hotel are many eateries, shops and supermarkets. You can walk there.
The breakfast was enough with quite a bit of choice.
I think, the parking runs out fast. So arriving earlier is better.

There is free breakfast and hot springs. The room is enough for one person. It is a little far from the station. It is a small place. There are not many attractions. The nearest attraction is Matsumoto Castle. It is recommended if you are not coming here for work. There are not many tourist attractions here. The room is comfortable.

The building was very clean and the staff were very kind.
If I had to say one thing, it would be that the hotel faces the national highway, so even on the top floor (the 6th floor), you could hear the noise of cars outside.
My bed was by the window, so that bothered me a bit.
