We booked for 2 adults and 1 kid, the room is extremely big compare with Japan’s hotel. It is good for stay over. Also I try their dinner in onsen restaurant. It is good and valuable.

古い施設と思っていましたが、気持ち良いホテルでした。窓が大きく、湖や景色を堪能でき、清潔でした。温泉もとても気持ち良かったです。また、機会があれば是非利用させて頂きたいです！

友人達6人と行った北海道の十勝で宿泊しました。十勝平野の西端部、十勝川が長く続く高い崖を作っている場所にこのホテルはあり、キャンプ場が併設されています。新しいホテルでどの施設も綺麗で快適に過ごせます。特に、大浴場は綺麗で、十勝川に面した露天風呂からの景色は素晴らしく、いつまでも入ってみたくなります。大浴場やレストランは日帰り客やキャンプ場利用者も使えます。食事は北海道産のものが使われており、地元の新得そばも食べられます。WIFIがちょっと遅い以外は申し分ありません。

十勝川沿いにあり自然豊かな環境にある温泉宿泊施設。地元の日帰り入浴客が多く、ゆっくりは入れる時間帯が限られているのが少し残念。食事は、夕食。朝食とも大きな問題点はなく合格点でしたが、スタッフの対応は心地よくありませんでした。 施設はWifiは使えると言っていますが、電波は弱く部屋では使えませんでした。ロビーでは繋がるのですが、速度が非常に遅く使うには忍耐が必要です、私的には使えない(実用てきではない)と思います。

施設整備の為、日帰り入浴はお断りさせていただきます。という看板が出されており、宿泊客以外は入浴できないという事なのか、目の前に家族で居るのに従業員三人いましたがフルシカトでした。遠方にある施設だけに無茶な看板と対応に愕然としました。

清潔なホテル。禁煙部屋だが、廊下がタバコ臭いのは残念。銭湯にサロニアのヘアアイロンがある。
コインランドリーは洗濯、乾燥それぞれ200円。お風呂はお肌がすべすべになる。シャワーの水圧が痛いくらいに強い。
夕飯は確実に豪華。子供も大人と同じ内容だったので、ちょっと子供サイズand好みにしてくれるとありがたい。部屋からは湖が見えました。

和洋室に滞在しました。他のサイトで同室が清潔でないとの口コミあり事前に連絡して確認しましたが、丁寧に対応頂き、実際全く問題なく赤ちゃん連れでも快適にすごせました。浴場の洗い場が多少汚れていた感がありましたが、許容範囲内でした。むしろ赤ちゃん用の椅子も設置してあって配慮を感じました。
食事は朝食のみでしたが、評判通り美味しかったです。カレーやお蕎麦もあり、種類も豊富でした。価格考えるととてもリーズナブルだったと思います。

キャンプできる所もあり、横に湖もあるので風情はある
温泉については、10人くらいでも余裕で入れるレベルで
硫黄泉やアルカリ泉ではないので臭いもトロみもないので
違和感なく入れる温泉。入った後は気持ち良い。
露天風呂に「蛇が出ることがあるので注意」と記載があり、
夜の露天風呂はややビビりながら入ることになるかも。
