剛入住進屋，發現門鎖壞的，在屋裡想反鎖時，鎖舌彈不出，到前台讓服務員換個房間，服務員一口咬定現在酒店的房間都不讓反鎖，衹能用鏈鎖，説什麼是公安的要求。讓換房，先説沒有房間了，換不了。我們要求退房，磨嘰不給辦理，繼續咬定現在的酒店都是這樣的，不讓反鎖房門。這時保安大哥看到起爭執過來調解，她才不情願地讓他拿了另一間空房的房卡上樓確認問題。保安親自試了房間門鎖，對比新房門鎖後，確定是我們的房間門鎖壞了，才給換了房間。從頭到尾沒有服務行業該有的笑臉，換房時，包括保安確認門鎖就是壞的之後，沒有一句表示歉意的話。以後絕不會再去。
