水渾濁也就不説了，入住前再三確認水温，前台保證説的是17樓以下水温正常，入住後不僅水渾濁，而且水温低。原本不想評論，沒想到早上前台還找我要5星好評，因此衹好寫一下真實入住感受。

入住一個枕套明顯是臟的，電話投訴反映很快，來人進行了更換。電視看不了，連續兩天投訴叫工程人員來維修，需要用螺絲刀打開電視下的一個蓋板，重啟盒子。入住第二天，房間打掃了，但沒有補充茶、咖啡。酒店驗房流程存在問題。

首先：酒店的服務很差！前台服務員態度很強硬！無法溝通！其次：酒店噪音很大，根本無法休息。第三：早餐很差！蔬菜上的泥沙還在上邊！更不能接受的整個過程找了攜程溝通多次！酒店都沒有派個經理來解決問題！臨退房值班經理才來，並拿一個杯子來要求不要進行點評！無語😓
