我是經常來住的老客户，從去年10月到現在了⋯已經有半年時間。前台都知道。有一次我沒網上（攜程）定，短頭髮的女前台，她説價格要280元精緻大床房還説免費升級到輕奢大床房叫我線下付款210元（8238房很小連掛衣服都沒有，衹能掛浴室花灑位置），當時我十分，非常的累睡了一下，睡醒覺得輕奢房超級小要求換房 要另外收30清潔費。
😡😡😡（然後我去網上一查價格才精緻大床房才189元 我懷疑沒升級給的還是小房間，還説升級過）

2024.3.7當天4點訂的，6點來，我們是精緻大床房210元（有兩間是特別小的房間給我去看，那我肯定不同意呀） 她每次重複的給那兩個小房間，這麼多輕奢房間，她就衹給我那兩間重重複復，明明其他房間都沒人入住，黑黑房間。
我是攜程的鉑金會員，她説：房間都是給別人提前預訂好的（明明就有好多的空房），她必須一定要我給30元才可以升級（意思就是要給錢才可以升級房型,不給錢就不能升級入住）, 她就是故意的加錢明明就很多空房。女前台説別人預訂了。那我也預訂了，我先來（辦理入住手續）難道不是給先來的嗎？大家都是網上預訂的。
和她對了一遍房型，我説你也知道我是老客户怎麼就每次故意安排最小房型，以前其他前台都安排的很滿意都給升級輕奢房或行政大床房，怎麼到女前台幾次滿房或者都提前預訂不給升級，明明看到8201房打開門沒人住要求必須要給錢呢？
*然後她説：別的酒店都是不會升級，也要給錢，要覺得不滿意就不要來住啊。
然後，😡我説你服務差，叫你老闆來…
然後就轉眼把要交錢的輕奢8201房不情不願給我，生怕我鬧到老闆那邊。生怕以後來酒店住的時候又遇見了她這樣的服務態度。
*這過程已經和她説了半小時又氣又累的。
