All is Good. The staff at the hotel are nice,friendly and helpful. The room is nice and clean. The breakfast is great too. It covers all the bases!

the hotel location pretty far from the underground train. It takes 10 mins to walk there.

漢庭現在的硬件和服務都很不錯，第一次來深圳，預訂了這家竹子林店。地理位置很好，離地鐵站很近，去深圳灣，歡樂海岸都不遠，而且還能免費停車。
房間設施和衞生，乾淨整潔，隔音效果好，酒店的乳膠枕很舒服😊

不是十分好，漢庭是名可以，但不匹配酒店各方面。需要改善很多，偏點。收費跟維也納酒店，便宜點的差很遠

房間老舊漏水不給換，工作人服務態度差。管理人員無能，遇到事情推脱責任沒擔當。你説兩句不滿意還和你吵。旅遊的心情都沒了！不知道深圳其他酒店怎麼樣，但是漢庭以後都不會住了！
