原本以為是禁煙的酒店，入住才發現沒有的，只見到貼有告示罷了。
隔音設備差，關了窗也聽到外面的車聲和外面空調的滴水聲。
房間沒有給我們升級。

這2分我感覺都給得有點虧，維也納越來越品牌溢價嚴重了，快200的價格，給了一個10來方的小房間，洗手間的地漏排水特別慢，一邊洗澡一邊水漫起來了，作為一個長期出差的打工人，本來想着定個好點的酒店，誰知道連7天酒店都不如，人家7天的價格還比你便宜太多了

有兩件事要突出重點強調下
❗️衞生：衞生真的堪憂。衞生間馬桶上蓋上有黃色的癍，不知道是不是尿漬印上去的，另外廁所一股騷味。床單和被子嚴重懷疑裏面是不是很多細菌和跳蚤，我住完第二天身體皮膚上冒出6-7個紅色小包。
❗️設施：設施老舊，很多地方都有印漬，包括桌面、椅子、茶几、牀頭櫃
❗️❗️還有一件事要説的就是：我住的房間沒有那個請勿打掃的掛牌，導致打掃衞生的阿姨在我不在房間的時候直接進去了，打掃完衞生以後把我的毛巾牙刷全部扔掉了，也沒有把新的換的給我留下，讓我有點無語
服務：早餐很簡單，沒那麼豐富，餐廳也比較小。提供的菜品味道一般

我一般不點評，點評的要麼很好要麼就極差，這次很不幸就是體驗極差，一開始進房間發現有小強（真正的小強，德國小鐮），打死後，要求換房。酒店隔音極差，換房後最折磨人的時候來了，前面靠近路邊這也是預料之中的了，但是萬萬沒想過，對面房的聲音都能這麼清晰，可以説是清晰到相當於沒有門的感覺，然後對面幾間房的大人小孩都是夜貓，竟然五六點還在吵（都不用睡覺的麼），中間打了幾次電話給前台投訴，讓他們去提醒下他們，深夜要控制音量了，完全沒效果；説起這個客房電話也是鬱悶，永遠也是響了幾十秒後，然後轉接到總枱或者分機才有人接聽（不知道是什麼機制，反正我搞不懂，不同時間，打了有十次都是這樣）；早餐也是很一般，反正不要有期待就好了，好在早餐是用攜程積分兑換的，不用另外花錢，不然就虧大了；
總的來説就是體驗感極差

服務挺好的，其他的太差太差，價格248R 洗手間小的要死！洗澡一個人轉身都轉不過來，像香港難民房...廁所可能就5平方...用的洗髮水沐浴露也是批發廉價賓館那種...沒有護髮素...房間一股味..進門先開五分鐘空調...最差維也納之旅，我甚至以為這是個假貨.......建議還是選擇國際，這些真的太不靠譜了 住着難受！像香港蝸居...

地理位置比較偏遠，附近沒有景點或者可以逛的地方。剛入到房間有一股煙味，開了一陣空調也就習慣了。沒甚麼設備，房間只提供兩瓶水，4個茶包，沒有咖啡，對於每天要喝咖啡的我有點不方便。早餐也不好吃，也沒有咖啡提供。但只是借宿一宵，那也無所謂。
