This hotel is relatively new
The guest room is around 40+ sq.m.
The buffet breakfast offers limited selection vs other hotel buffet breakfast of the same grade
The buffet area walkways are narrow and gets very crowded
Didn’t like cleaning lady sweeping the floors around when taking hotel breakfast
The so called free minibar offers very limited selections and the snack was expired over 6 months ago
The indoor pool & gym closed early so didn’t get a chance to go
The elevated walkway to the adjacent shopping mall is connected but the hotel’s doors was locked so couldn’t walk over

We are truly sorry for the breakfast we offered on the day, we are already send the notification to the team and wish you could give us a chance to try them again. Meanwhile, we will review the cleaning service standard to offer a better experience for the guest during the breakfast time. Also the connecting bridge is still on construction that we will have a final decision of the opening time, before that we will have a signage to inform our guest. The operation hour of the swimming pool is from 6am to 10pm and the gym is 24 hours available for all of the in house guest. We have checked the mini bar products that the date on the can is the date of manufacture in stead of expired date. Last but not least, please accept our apologies for the issue of the hotel experience. We have reviewed your comments internally, and I assure you that the situation has been addressed. Overall a very well-appointed room in a lovely hotel, striking design and everyone wanted to be quite helpful. A nice breakfast and lots of shops and restaurants nearby, convenient to the subway and fairly close to the airport. I would happily stay here again.

This is the third time I stayed at Conrad Shenzhen Xian Hai which I literally booked 20 minutes before I checked in, the hospitality has been superb on all my stays. Staffs from house keeping, F&B to front office all serviced with a smile always, cleanliness, space, amenities, food(breakfast buffet) and Art pieces I much appreciated. Special mention to duty manager Hallie, she dealt with the issue I raised swiftly with no hesitations which made my stay that much better, super thank you. Further more the location of the hotel is perfect as it strikes a delicate balance between convenience and comfort, it's perfect to what I look for. Conrad will sure be my hotel of choice when I come to Shenzhen again!

Stayed in executive room so have access to the lounge but their selection is very limited however the quality of the food is quite good. Room is spacious and well designed. Gym and pool are both very nice and clean.

It was a birthday staycation weekend.
Exceeds expectation.
Nice location with the new MIXC mall right across the street.
Nice big room ( bigger than normal size) and comfortable bed.
Hotel has prepared a beautiful birthday decoration in the room - nice surprise! Plus the complimentary birthday cake from the bar. Thank you !
Specially impressed by the outdoor environment at the Collective Bar and the live band performance. Great singing, didn't wanna leave until they were done with the performance for the night :)👍
Food quality was ok , there is still room for improvement . We have consumed breakfast, dinner at the bar and snacks at the lounge.
Excellent overall service from all the staff, from check in to the lounge. Special KUDOS and thanks to the front office manager, Kay Kar, with his attentive service. Thank you KK😉

My friend and I wanted to book Andaz. We booked this hotel by mistake. It was a pleasant surprise. It was really nice. The view was second to none. The view outside the window was absolutely stunning. I didn’t want to go out in the evening watching the sea view and sunset. The floor-to-ceiling windows with curves were beautiful. The facilities were quite good, especially the bathroom facilities. The bathtub and shower were both very good. The experience was pleasant. The WiFi speed was a little regrettable. Everything else was OK. The service was average. Check-in was a little slow. Check-out was very fast. Luggage storage and retrieval were also quite fast. But the small facilities I wanted were temporarily unavailable. It was a pity. The quality of the shoe-shining service was also worrying. It felt better than nothing.

How can there be such a perfect hotel? I really feel like I'm staying in a hotel. Other hotels are just a place to take a shower and sleep. Here, I can really feel like I'm staying in a hotel, hahahaha~
I cried my ass off. From the moment I got off the parking lot and walked into the hotel from the first floor, I could smell the smell of a high-end hotel. It smelled so good~ The first floor was very large and high-end. Then I took the elevator to the 5th floor to check in. What caught my eye was a lobby with a super high ceiling. The decoration was really high-end!!! It made me feel happy and I really enjoyed every minute and every second here! I will come back to stay here next time I have a chance. I love it so much!
