在一個廠房改造的藝術園區裏，安靜，有點小東西看，有小店喝咖啡，比較符合心裏預期。民宿沒什麼景觀，走去官湖村吃東西去沙灘20分鐘。不滿意的就是服務真的跟不上，感覺除了入住，前台都找不到人，電視遙控不了也沒辦法解決，沒早餐，叫外賣送過來的。房間稍微有點舊了，工業化簡裝修，也挺好。北間房的大很多，感覺好一些，南間就沒什麼意思

周圍環境很好，寬敞而且寧靜，還能聽到蟲鳴鳥叫。 如果服務衞生再好點就完美了，地毯看着臟，地上好幾衹蟲子屍體。 另外這裏去官湖沙灘差不多2公里，懶得走的話，門口有一路公交車可以直達，就是堵車太厲害。

在一個廢棄的工業區改成的藝術區，去的時候各種店鋪都關門了，周邊非常荒涼。衹能開車去官湖村吃飯，堵車難停車，裏面的餐館招牌挺大，內部破舊不堪。 衞生非常一般，洗手間反味嚴重。 服務基本沒有，微信上聯繫沒有及時回覆過，前台也就一個人基本提供不了什麼有用的訊息和服務，不提供早餐附近也沒地方吃早餐。 設施就一言難盡了，衹得一個大字。比毛胚稍好一點吧，裝修擱一邊不説。這麼大的面積也捨不得隔出一個洗手間，我住的雙床房，洗手間和衞生間都是玻璃隔出來的，門對着房間和床，如廁間的玻璃門離床頭可能就1.5米，磨砂紙衹貼了玻璃的中間部分。也就是躺在床上如果面朝洗手間方向的話正好可以看見馬桶，如果有人上廁所的話，也一覽無餘。而且這樣的設計，抽水馬桶的噪音直麪床，半夜難免被吵醒。洗澡間沒有任何地方可以放毛巾和乾淨衣物。這是雙床間哦，應該都是家庭一起或者朋友一起入住的，不知道設計這個房間的人有沒有生活？

廠房改造成的民宿，還蠻有特點的，雖然沒有電視，但有投影還挺有意思的，一樓公共區挺大的，二樓三個小隔間。 長者家不太能理解為什麼那麼簡陋房價那麼高，因為公共區域並不乾淨，小孩赤腳奔跑挺臟的，座墊抱枕啥的肉眼看都很臟，連瓶裝水都沒有，總之硬件軟件啥的都屬於經濟型，房價偏高。

適合帶幾個小孩的親子游

風格、環境都還好，但是隔音太差了，門的問題，走廊裏衹要有人走過聲音清清楚楚，建議帶耳塞哈。

在一個藝術區裏，工廠改造的酒店，工業風，還是有點設計感的，不錯

有點失望，檔次不夠，前台大姐服務很好！
