Facilities: Just completed renovation, OK. Hygiene: clean and hygienic. Environment: Located in Overseas Chinese Town, the surrounding environment has complete facilities and is close to the subway station, which is very convenient for transactions. Service: OK, breakfast is rich.

The stay was very comfortable, clean and the location was very convenient. Happy Valley and the Window of the World were nearby. The room was spacious and bright. The location is good, the service is okay, neither exceptionally good nor bad. One positive aspect is that they provide tea at the front desk in the morning. The biggest downside is that the room is on the ground floor and has a damp smell. The bedding is also damp, and there are noticeable signs of mold on the sink.

Near the business trip, the transportation is convenient, just 2 minutes walk from the subway exit, very close to the Window of the World and Splendid China, it is a pity that Shenzhen has been raining for two days and cannot go to play. The front desk lady is very good and very warm. The rooms are also very clean. The bedding in Vienna has always been trustworthy. Very comfortable.

The hostel is located in a very new and central area of Shenzhen. The OCT area has many artsy stores and alternative restaurants. The hostel itself has great service, the space was good, it was clean enough and they had an adorable dog. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Shenzhen.

This is my second trip to Shenzhen in the past 20 years, and my friend (who I call Gege) has recommended this hotel. My flight was late at night; the receptionist barely understands English, but they love to help. My room was on the 4th floor. It was a mini single room type, but it has every facility I need. The room is clean—not that new, but more spacious than I thought. The only thing they don't provide here in this room type is a refrigerator. But it is fine with me. The breakfast is lovely. I tried everything except the congee because I didn't know how to order it. Oh, but you need to ask for the ”zhāo cháng quán” at the reception counter if you book the room that includes breakfast. It will serve from 7.30 a.m. until around 10 a.m.   I love the location of this hotel so much. It is located on the beautiful boulevard and just a few minutes away from OCT Loft, the art square. Lawson is just around the corner, as is the pharmacy, as well as some local restaurants. The Qiaocheng East Metro station is about 7 minutes away, but walking along the boulevard makes it feel like 3 minutes to me. The housekeepers are nice. Actually, everyone at the hotel is. I mentioned the housekeeper because she cleans my room every day, and that's what I need from coming back to travel for a whole day, but I feel that it was extra clean as she changed my towel and put in new, clean amenities for me every day. I tried to communicate with her on my third day and showed her my appreciation for her work. On my last day of staying at this hotel, I left a note on the bed, written in my bad handwriting in Chinese. I hope she will find it. The receptionist on that day also helped me call a taxi when my phone application was not working.   I love everything in this hotel. The price is reasonable. I won't say cheap. You get what you pay for, and for me, I got a little more than I expected. I'll be back once every year and will definitely book this hotel again.   If you are a solo traveler and looking for a lovely hotel in a nice location, not as busy in the city, and love the arts and a bit of strolling on the greenery boulevard, then H'Life Hotel (OCT Loft) or Huali Hotel is what you need. And booking with Trip.com is my best choice. My flight was cancelled once when the typhoon hit Shenzhen early this month. I had to cancel at the last minute, but I booked it with the free cancellation option. So, all was well. I got the refund later and then booked it again in the next 2 weeks. So please keep your good quality and maintain this standard, and then I will come back and recommend people come here too. See you again next year!

The location is very good, next to the Window of the World, and you will see the Ice and Snow World when you walk in on the left. There are several buildings, 2 and 6 have to walk past them. Breakfast was really not that good. All I had to drink was milk and soy milk, steamed buns, fried dough sticks, fried rice noodles, porridge, and boiled eggs. Remember to swipe both room cards when eating breakfast. But it’s very convenient to play well.

I heard that it was opened in May last year. The apartment is very new and well maintained. It can be seen that the work was done with great care. Overall the room is clean. The room view is really beautiful. You can see Shenzhen Bay. You can drink wine and look at the sea. There is also a beautiful night view at night. It is really healing. I am very grateful to Pang Lulu at the front desk of the apartment. She knew that we were on vacation as a couple during the pre-arrangement and prepared an upgrade and a small gift for us. It was very considerate. My girlfriend really likes the apartment. During my stay, I received her sincere care and meticulous problem-solving. Such attentive and thoughtful staff really adds a lot to the hotel The hotel breakfast has plenty of ingredients and tastes good Location and transportation: The hotel is not far from Window of the World. There are many places to eat, drink and have fun in the surrounding area. I will stay here again next time I come back to Shenzhen.

I like the hotel lobby very much. I can drink tea and freshly ground coffee, and guests can enjoy a 20% discount. The room with a floor-to-ceiling window looking out is very comfortable. There is also a service to help with laundry, which is great. You need to swipe your card to enter the elevator, which protects the privacy of guests.
