Staying in winter, bathing is more troublesome, hot water has to be kept for more than 20 minutes to have, the temperature is not hot, there is no hot water in the morning, it is very inconvenient.

I often go to Liaozhong for business trips. I felt it was very good when I stayed there for the first time. It was hygienic and comfortable. The breakfast was also delicious, and the pickles were delicious. Checking in again for the second time, I left my belongings in the restaurant. I was just in time to catch the bus, so I thought of it and called the pretty girl at the front desk. She asked for a taxi to be delivered to me. The train was not delayed. Thank you very much. This hotel makes people outside feel the feeling of returning home: there are delicious meals at home, there is a warm and homelike environment, and the thoughtful and complete round-the-clock service. If I have the opportunity, I will come here again.

The hotel's sanitary environment is very good. The price for the suite where four of us stayed was right. There are many places to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner nearby, and the lady at the front desk is very welcoming! After leaving the store, my child left his braces at the hotel. The front desk staff not only helped find them, but also helped mail them. They were really helpful! Thanks 🙏

The conditions are reasonable and those with low requirements can choose. The price is relatively reasonable and the location is relatively remote. It's noisy at night on the side of the road, and the breakfast is mediocre.

終於在遼中看到漢庭酒店了，新開業的酒店棒棒噠，整體感覺高端大氣上檔次。前台的服務很是熱情，會詢問我入住要求，挺為客人着想的。迎來送往也挺好。房間很舒適，一進屋就感覺特別的乾淨，看來是有用心在打掃。酒店還有早餐，餛飩麪條都是現煮的，種類還挺全，滿足我選擇困難的需求，整體感覺很棒，下次還會來的！不愧是漢庭酒店，值得推薦！！

There are no bath towels. The towels are not pure cotton. There is no soap. The plastic film on the mattress is not removed. It is a bit slippery and noisy when sitting on it. I suggest the boss to remove the plastic film. If you are afraid of dirt, you can put on a fitted sheet. There is only one main light. There is no bedside switch. You need to go down to the door to turn off the light. The hygiene is OK.

Great experience; appreciate the warm hospitality from everyone, from concierge to front office, housekeeping to restaurant and lounge. Also loved the stunning bird’s eye view of Shenyang and the cozy night view in the evening!! Only one slight disappointment: the hotel doesn’t have any international sockets (albeit being an international brand - not sure if that’s the norm in China though). Plus-point was when the call centre staff took the initiative to send their concierge member to buy an adapter for me when I called them and was told that they didn’t have any adapters available in the hotel at that point in time to lend me. Really appreciated the initiative. Though the concierge member brought the wrong type of adapter (China to UK instead UK to China - thought that should be at least commonsensical for someone working in an international brand); and he was slightly unpleasant to deal with when he demanded for payment for the adaptor even though the wrong type was bought. He was also hesitant to escalate the issue to the duty manager at first until I really insisted. Duty manager resolved the issue seamlessly, took the initiative to bring one from their office and sent all the way to my room - again appreciate it. Overall, great environment and professional but warm hospitality. All other concierge members were also extremely helpful! Jacky also took initiative to send me a GPS location of the nearby police post when I needed to settle some documents there.

Very nice aparthotel! Extremely comfortable! I arrived late and the original room type was fully booked. Needless to say, I was upgraded to a business comfort room! During this period, the washbasin was blocked and they helped me solve it in time. The same was true for the toilet problem! I hope that those who come to Shenyang will also stay here! The price/performance ratio is very high. It’s very convenient for traveling and eating delicious food!
