The rooms were not thoroughly clean, and people smoke in the rooms. The breakfast was just cereal, waffles, bread, and fruit. Other than that for the cost it was ok.

The room looked clean but overall needed a lot more work. There was something sticky on the sink and floor. There were crumbs on most surfaces. The floor needed to be vacuumed and the trash had not been removed from the last person who stayed there. The bed skirt had a gross looking stain on it.

Clean and comfortable. Decent breakfast. Kind and personable clerk. Worked well for our family trip. A little more than we wanted to pay but all hotels in the area seemed to be priced high.

First room we were given was not clean - unmade bed and used towels on floor. Second room, turned on heat and it smelled like burnt hair.

We were disappointed to have our room changed due to a supposed plumbing problem. Instead of a room with 2 beds we were given a king and a pull out couch. Couch was very uncomfortable.
They claimed to have contacted us to tell us of the change, but I had no message. They weren't apologetic or willing/able to compensate us in any way.

Your manager Don ain’t worth having when I complained about breakfast not ready at 6 am like it was supposed to be he said no one else is complaining and if I wasn’t satisfied with that I can get a different hotel
Great manager sure the owner of the hotel would like to know he lost 3 double rooms for 4 months revenue

The Comfort Inn in Shelbyville smelled of bleach when we walked in. I thought cleanliness. I had been told that it was recently renovated. When I checked out I left a list of things that needed attention in Room 207, with the lady at the desk. I believe she threw it away as I was walking out.
So, I will give you the list to you.
*The phone did not work.
*Black handprints on the bathroom door.
*Chips out of the tub.
"C" missing from the vanity faucette.
*Blood or vomit splatter around toilet.
*Multiple broken tiles in bathroom.
*Sticky carpet at the desk area.
*Armchair was torn in 2 places.
*Black mold over shower head.
*Accent wall had several chips.
*Blind on right window at front entrance looked like a cat had a field day.
You are very convenient when I visit a relative in the area, but I think next time I will be staying somewhere else. else.
