It was a great vacation! Especially I wanna say thank you to waiter Mahmoud Elpatal, who made our journey really luxuary. He read our thoughts and do all that can to make it to perfect. Almost I wanna say thanks to the receptionist Abanoub Magdy who solves all our questions and do it with a best smile which eve I seen. The best services in Rixos.

Everything was great starting from the reception Especially M. Rasha, I thank her very much for her kindness ,her usual Smile and welcoming us as usual. I also thank M. Moataz for everything. The hotel is very clean, There are many restaurants , the food is varied, the sea is very nice, the service is excellent, and the rooms are great.This is the second visit but not last.

We’ve just spent 8 fabulous days at Rixos Golf Resort. From initial check in, it was evident that customer service was a high priority. The executive room (complimentary upgrade) we had was very spacious and impeccably clean. Beds and pillows were ultra comfy too. The actual resort is very tranquil and laid back with not much animation during the day (aqua aerobics and beach volleyball) although I believe the programme will be increased. The main pool area is huge and is heated. There’s also a child’s pool along with a few other pools (which we didn’t use and I believe are unheated). The main buffet restaurant, Turquoise, has plenty of choice and the pasta station was a huge hit with my 11 year old. The Turkish A La Carte restaurant was absolutely wonderful. My partner and our son played golf (they bought their own clubs with them so I couldn’t comment on what the hired clubs are like). My son also had a few golf lessons and went to the driving range and putting green. The golf coach was brilliant with him. Despite being built in the desert the golf course was really well maintained. We went to Rixos Seagate in Nabq for the day (Aqua side) and we had a great day there. My 11 year old loved the water park and slides although for me it was really busy and I preferred the laid back Rixos Golf Resort. The staff at Rixos Golf really make this resort a cut above the rest. Nothing, and I mean nothing, is too much trouble. Greeted with a smile each morning, towels placed on your sunbeds, drinks served on tap, sunbed towels changed whilst you’re in the pool or at lunch. They really were so attentive. Special shout out to Rasha, who on arrival greeted us and gave us her WhatsApp where we could arrange A la carte dining and for any other queries. My son wasn’t well one of the days and they quickly got a doctor on the phone and arranged prompt delivery of medication. Also special mention to Abdul Aziz, the pool guy/lifeguard who works tirelessly cleaning round the pool, getting and changing towels constantly and always with a smile. I honestly couldn’t praise the staff here enough. I’ve travelled extensively and I can say they really are all amazing. The hotel predominantly had Russian guests but I am aware Tui will offer this hotel this season. We spent some time with the customer services manager providing feedback on our stay and giving recommendations we thought would improve the resort even further. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Rixos Golf and will definitely return. Thanks for a wonderful holiday ❤️

high-quality cleaning (1614 - very nice Ayman) the hotel left only good impressions, the food is delicious, the staff is friendly, we met a lot of new friends, thank the hotel for the hospitality!! the entertainment program is interesting, volleyball every day! unforgettable impressions are guaranteed, go - you won't regret it! The hotel cares of everybody in details and the restaurants are so well organised that apart from great food( evrybody finds his speciaity -seafood, Food kitchen, Grill, Italian corner, food for children and babies , Dietic corner) you will find ecellent service of experienced staff. Many thanks to Mr. Hasain who perfectly supervises all and is very kind and helpful to everybody. Mr.Ahmed Abdel-Zaher and Ahmed Hamada who also took very good care of us. Live music accompanies each meal. every evening the hotel organises professional shows. The bar offers local and foreign alcohol. There are super a la carte restaurants with professional chefs. the whole resort is full of fresh flowers and beautiful trees and bushes well looke after. sice the resort is big there are a lot "taxies"( buggies) that would take you to your room. The local mini buses running every 5 minutes take you to the beach where you can relax, snorkle and swim. If you are hungry pop in to a beach restaurant offering very good dishes and snacks-Chef Amed Issam and Mr. Ayman Mostafa will treat you to what you want. Every second day there is live mu7sic and one hour show with the pyramid of colourful drinks. In the sea you are safe swimming as Mr. Sahel watches you all the time. the lovely boy with curly black hair gives you towels. The whole staff is always of great help. I havent mentioned the 18 hole golf course yet. To summarise m y advise is: If you want to have the holiday of your dreams go to RIXOS GOLF & SPA in Sharm. Thanks to MR. Hasain , Mr.Ahmed A.& Mr. Ahmed and all the staff including Ail Hassan who touched our haerts. You all are simply fantastic!
