房間環境和設施都還可以，衞生方面差一點。洗手間有一股味道。通風也沒有用。前台很熱情，很有禮貌。酒店也很好找，停車方便。

地板都有印子
牙刷杯都沒洗掉簡直無語
而且發票現在都沒開

給我升級了豪華大床房，房間夠大，乾淨衞生，乾濕分開，開關是電子智能鍵，窗簾是電動，比較新潮，配有刮鬍刀，多送了一個人早餐，洗衣上門取送衣服，酒店旁邊有個私房菜館，味道不錯，份量足，值得推薦，離鬧市區大概5公里左右

酒店很一般，但衞生情況令人擔憂，住了一晚，身上被蟲子咬了幾個大包，絕對不是蚊子咬的，退房前跟前台反應了這個問題，想説算了，自認倒黴，但隔天被咬的地方起了水泡，奇癢無比，不知道具體被什麼蟲子咬的，毒性這麼厲害，後續會不會變得更嚴重，希望酒店給出一個解決辦法

離高速出口較近，來邵陽出差，考慮了凱徠雅和凱里亞德，很舒心，住的很踏實，房間衞生呀，裝修呀，給人感覺特別踏實，特別是小度 全語音控制，開窗簾，放歌啊，關門啊這些，很方便早上起來直接小度小度就把窗簾打開了，
晚上餓了叫了外賣，居然是自動機器人送上來打的電話叫開門，有門禁卡，房間完全沒有小黃卡片，服務人員也特別熱心，看我晚上8點左右叫了外賣，還送了一碗西瓜，感覺特別用心啊，西瓜也特別棒，寧夏沙地瓜，一吃就吃出來了
唯一遺憾就是離工作地遠了些，在北塔區，導航顯示才6-8公里吧，下午5點左右硬是開車開了一個多小時，所以到酒店已經很累了，本來預訂了3天，沒辦法 剩餘兩天退了
第二天選擇凱里亞德，怎麼説呢？感覺瞧不起網上下單顧客，中午叫了外賣，外賣小哥送到了酒店，結果晚上送居然不讓送，7樓啊，大哥，我洗了澡衣服什麼都沒穿，我一直電話説，中午都讓送，為什麼晚上不讓送，難道要我自己下去拿？ 説了半天保安就是不讓，差評，不讓外賣進酒店難道不能服務員代送？或者也搞個機器人？ 而且看了裝修 圖片還蠻好看，一進房間和快捷酒店沒有任何區別，換鞋區的凳子還咯吱咯吱響，窗户外就是居民樓，看着壓抑的很。不説了，下次再遠也還是凱徠雅
