相比於市區的房間性價比高，打個車去市區20-30分鐘左右，還是可以接受的，且節假日自己開車市區停車困難。房間蠻大的，乾淨，設施較齊全，兩間房唯一不足的是有一間空調壞了，衹能送風不能制熱，不過温度不冷就算了。酒店位置好找，停車免費。

非常不滿意。不是由於簡單的前台失誤把200元按金操作為收款最後衹能微信退回。而是總共二間房10層到晚上前送了水果，十四層的一樣東西都沒有，甚至洗漱用品一套還是用過的，誰知道牙刷用過沒有但牙膏是沒有的。早上的一頓自助餐也是再簡陋不過了，這個大酒店居然也被評上三星級紹興實在是太可恥了。

五星專門給葉經理打的，定了兩間房，一間下水道隨着薰衣草清新劑的味，另一間是下水道隨着灰塵味。有臭味也就忍了，最後開了一整晚的窗。但另一房間在走廊盡頭掀開被子就是血跡、頭髮，甚至枕頭上都沾着血跡。因為考慮到時間也沒有多做糾纏，酒店這邊先幫我換了一間房，第二天上午葉經理很積極的處理這件事，有打電話致歉並給予一定補償較為妥當，從頭到尾都比較細緻妥帖。
