酒店環境非常棒，出門就是景區入口。坐在院子裏大樹喝下午茶，隔着湖面就是公園裡的小橋亭台，非常舒服。
服務也很周到，前台看到我們有長者同行，幫忙送行李上樓梯，房間設施有點小問題也立馬給解決了，最愛那個大床。

極差極差極差極差，地毯臟的一塌糊塗，電梯也沒有的，外面就是公共停車場，吵得一塌糊塗根本沒法睡覺，早飯也是隔壁小飯店的，這是我自旅遊以來住的最差的一次體驗，拜託不要叫自己酒店，請叫招待所好吧！一個招待所竟然假期漲價和星際酒店一樣？攜程你管管吧！！！拜託不要再找託刷好評了好吧

紹興出差基本都訂在柯橋
這次偶然刷到縵露酒店，看到評分很高，就嘗試着來了。
酒店緊鄰東湖，如置身於一獨立的花園，環境悠靜，大堂設計的典雅，前台小姑娘服務很好
春日的午後，可以慢慢享用下午茶，還有暖陽，愜意哦～

房間還可以，在景區內，很通風，空氣很好，沒有傳統酒店不通風，悶的特點，小院子裏坐着喝喝下午茶還是很愜意的，停車場內有國網的充電樁，對電車很友好，晚上十點半後7毛錢一度點，很不錯

私家園林下午茶:在公園裡喝茶，舒服
設施：配套小朋友的一次性用具，質量不錯
環境：就在東湖裡麪，依山傍水，自然和諧
服務：前台小姐姐都有求必應
總之很適合專門來東湖玩的家庭，一早進去遊玩～玩好出來休息下，再進市區

房間很寬敞，衞生乾淨，酒店內小院子景色很好，早餐種類多味道也不錯，挺有紹興特色的。東西不小心落酒店了，問題處理得非常及時，還給了紹興特色小禮物，服務很好很滿意！性價比不錯，推薦來住

環境非常棒，江南水鄉風格非常喜歡，帶了衹小狗狗出遊，店家對寵物不排除，很友好，房間乾淨整潔，還有下午茶和點心贈送，很棒的一次入住體驗👍

窗外即是東湖入口的風景一角，可以悠閑的坐在院中或者窗口喝茶賞風景。入店停車可以直接停在東湖景區內，非常方便。小姐姐服務也非常好，有答必應。
