主樓和這個完全是2個東西，主樓是酒店，觀海樓比招待所都差，且海灘垃圾非常多，房間蚊子多，空調臟，入住時間3點多都搞不定，位置也偏，部分員工服務還可以，就是人手不夠，領導一個女的態度不好，最後還是攜程處理補償

訂海景房，前台説網上訂房跟他們沒有一毛錢關係，所以叫我別想有什麼好房間，就算訂海景房也衹會給一些沒有任何景觀可言的房間。要好的房間衹能現場跟他們訂。
確實是在沙灘邊上的酒店，沒有任何設施可言，但是房間還算乾淨，國慶就不用談性價比了。
沙灘的沙跟水還可以，但是是公共沙灘，垃圾超級多，早上多到垃圾場一樣。

房內景觀跟圖片不符 既然有不同景觀 那就應該把圖片都放出來參考 這樣不至於落差感很大 剛開始給了一個全遮擋住的房間 我疑惑這是海景房？後面我説加錢升級 你敢信這是最貴的房間的衞生 地毯毛巾衞生條件都很一般 房間內充電線是壞的 去樓下找前台 竟然沒有多的充電線提供了 價格390不貴也不算廉價 服務真的有待提高

房間還是比較乾淨新的！離沙灘🏖️很近，出門就是！旁邊的海鮮酒樓很實惠，性價比高，吃了兩餐都不錯，好吃不貴，份量足！旅遊吃的最便宜，最好吃的一次海鮮大餐！吃的最滿意👍

和想象中的不一樣，還以為環境外面挺好的，結果在另一棟，外觀像宿舍樓，裏面電視也是壞的，牀頭櫃用毛巾擦好多灰塵，蟲子超多，床上有螞蟻，沒有性價比可言。

房間較大，衞生還行，床品乾淨，床墊還不錯。房間裏有寫字枱但是沒有椅子，和前台要椅子，據説衹能和餐廳借，好在也給送過來了。電梯壞了，天台視線一般，方向原因，看不到落日。沙灘上人不算多，就是晚上有人深夜唱KTV ，實在吵鬧。

房間還是可以的，景觀也不錯的，性價比還是比較高，就在海邊，晚上的時間很熱鬧，很多人，走走逛逛真的很不錯，唯一的缺點就是沒有早餐供應，有點不是很方便，中餐和晚餐還是很推薦旁邊的一個海鮮酒店的，海鮮選擇比較多，菜品比較豐富的。
