We stayed for 3 nights. The hotel was very accommodating to our needs and didn‘t hesitate to help. We even got a free upgrade. That was wonderful! Thank you especially to Xiao Yu, who was always available when we had questions and very helpful in making our Shangri-La trip a success. The hotel is located ideally - basically in old town but still reachable by car. The room was traditional Tibetan, very quiet and had a great view. Would definitely recommend! 😃

進店以後沒有着急辦登記，説要先看看房型，本來定的標準是後面樓的房型，老闆説給升級前面樓的，當時進去就聞到下水道有有很嚴重的反味，老闆説是他們的茶文化薰香味道，臭味和香味聞不出來嗎，當時去香格里拉有高反，不想再去顛簸換酒店了，結果老闆説沒有空調，地暖不開，要是冷就開電熱毯，説實話晚上很冷，衞生間有臭味，加上高反人非常不舒服，又冷又難聞，請大家避坑，他開不開地暖取決於人住的多不多

樓下停車場樓上住宿，扶梯是金屬的，我在第一間所以很吵，門隔音很差，早餐也很簡單，旅遊旺季房價不算低，但是服務不行，前台妹妹還蠻可愛的，不會再住

破，舊，臟，沒氧氣，也就算了，被騙照定的酒店，咱也認了。但是酒店超賣了，特別理直氣壯把我的大床換成圓床，前台的小哥態度非常差，説不想住就退！前提是這幾天香格里拉的酒店都非常火爆，臨時根本訂不上，這咱忍不了！投訴到攜程，可愛的攜程客服馬上幫我換了一家非常不錯的酒店，否則我的香格里拉之旅就毀了。但朋友沒那麼幸運，在這家住了一晚上，結果一晚沒睡。第二天我們把酒店全退了回麗江住。

房間衞生略顯不足，不過文化底藴很深，就是有點吵，隔音差，不過也不能全怪店家，畢竟是遊客不注意，出入門聲音很大，自駕的車子可以開進來還有專門的停車場，很是不錯，早餐也很豐盛，這個給個贊哦٩（♡㉨♡ ）۶ 距離獨克宗古城也很近哦，出門逛很方便！

到酒店有點晚 一路勞頓 幫我升級了房間 一上樓就看到最美的風景 太讚了 床墊很舒服 熱水很棒 一路的勞累一下子沒了 早餐很豐富 水果都是當地的 很新鮮 因為怕高反 酒店送我香格里拉的高海拔蜂蜜 像個勺子一樣 口感很好 看了一下 是當地的 買了一些給家裡人 最主要我開車來的 很多地方停車都在外面 就這家自己有個很大停車場 距離古城步行幾分鐘 很方便 下次來了繼續住
