I trust this message I am writing to share my exceptional experience with the customer service of Sheryn at Kimpton Hotel. My family and I had the plan to go to Walt Disney Shanghai so I checked this hotel I that was Brand New and just opened so I decided make the reservation; During my all time staying in the hotel I was truly impressed by the high quality and fancy decoration Hotel also the location super convenient near by the mall and obviously the level of service provided and dedication on especial to Miss Sheryn that helped me to settle down my Disney Tickets. From the moment I arrived, the staff exhibited unparalleled professionalism, attentiveness, and a genuine commitment to ensuring a positive guest experience. The attention to detail, courtesy, and prompt assistance were evident in every interaction. Notably super kind and professional as soon as I saw Miss Sheryn I immediately remembered her face, “She was working as a manager in other Hotel in Hongqiao area” that always had super attitude to helped me and my colleagues during the pandemic to get PCR test QRs etc (for sure too many foreigners and Locals must remember Miss Sheryn)… attitude and kindness to help maintain until nowadays specially because with people that we don’t speak Chinese…. The hotel has direct access to the Shanghai Botanical Garden, with a beautiful environment. As a local in Shanghai, I needed to stay away from home for a while due to home decoration, so I chose this hotel. Xiao Ying and Xiao Jing, the receptionists at the front desk, were very helpful, enthusiastic and helpful, and made me feel at home. Like 👍.

Half Past Eight Hotel
3.9/546 Reviews
Shanghai South Railway Station Area
The environment is very good, the price is very high, the service is very thoughtful, there is no mess, although it is a little far from the subway station, but there is a bus. The equipment is quite complete. If you have to say, it would be nice to have a public washing machine. The sound insulation is still a bit worse. Although the movement of the neighboring room is not too big, it is also awakened. It is best to bring your own earplugs.
baseLITE-WESTBUND Serviced Apartment
4.6/5242 Reviews
Shanghai South Railway Station Area
The room is clean and bright, with large space. You can cook on the basement floor. There is a coffee machine and a washing machine and dryer. There is a small supermarket next to the hotel. There is a bus stop at the door, and the transportation is very convenient. The heating in the room is sufficient and the bath water is very hot. Except for the location and poor sound insulation, everything else is good.
