Manzhi Celebrity Hostel

Huaihai Road Area
Facilities: Although the majong is small, it is well-equipped and has all the necessary facilities. However, there is no elevator and it is a staircase room, which may not be convenient for some people. Health: The health conditions are average. Service: Self-service
Xinrenren Motel(Shanghai Pengpu Xincun Station Branch )

District of Hutai and Pengpu
The hotel is near the relatives' house, and the price-performance ratio is quite high. The duplex was originally set. The hotel saw that we were taking children with us for fear of danger, and we exchanged rooms for free. It should be considered a good accommodation in the surrounding area. There is a supermarket next to it, it’s more convenient to eat, and it’s not far from the subway station and the bus station. A large family is very satisfied with it.

District of Hutai and Pengpu
The front desk is very good, will help introduce the places to eat around, the environment is great, sleep until you wake up naturally every day. My favorite point is that the air conditioner is Gree. Although it is a bit old, there is no noise at all, it is simply too comfortable. I stayed for seven days in a row, and I will choose this one next time I go to Shanghai.

Good location and convenient transportation. The old house in Shikumen is very old Shanghai. It is Zhangyuan's elegant environment when you go out. The decoration style is very like. The facilities are complete and the service is thoughtful. It is recommended to young people who come to Shanghai to play.

Shanghai: Where East Meets West

Shanghai, located on China's central coast, is the country's most populous city and one of the most vital financial hubs in the world. Shanghai's skyline, punctuated by the iconic Oriental Pearl Tower and the towering Shanghai Tower, paints a vivid picture of the city's impressive blend of traditional charm and modern flair.

Journeying to Shanghai

Shanghai's main international airport, Shanghai Pudong International Airport, offers numerous connections globally. Once there, you can reach downtown Shanghai using the Shanghai Maglev Train, buses, or taxis. For domestic travelers, high-speed trains offer an efficient means of travel.

The main mode of payment in China is usually through AliPay or WeChat Pay. Most places still accept credit and debit cards, but it's wise to carry some local currency (RMB) for smaller vendors. Mandarin is the official language, with Shanghainese also widely spoken. A translation app may come in handy when interacting with locals.

Attractions That Shine in Shanghai

Shanghai is brimming with must-see sights. Walk along the Bund to see colonial-era buildings against the backdrop of a modern skyline. Visit the tranquil Yuyuan Garden, an exquisite example of Ming Dynasty design. The Shanghai Museum hosts an extensive collection of Chinese historical artifacts, and the Shanghai Disney Resort promises fun for the entire family.

Shanghai's Seasons and Apparel

Shanghai has a humid subtropical climate. Summers (June-August) are hot and humid, while winters (December-February) can be quite cold. The best times to visit are autumn (September-November) and spring (March-May), when the weather is moderate. Pack a mix of lightweight and warm clothing to adjust to fluctuating temperatures in Shanghai.

For foodies, The Puli Hotel and Spa is near numerous eateries in the Jing'an District. The budget-friendly Mingtown Etour Youth Hostel near People's Square offers comfort without the hefty price tag.
